When I signed up I was paying $68 a month, by the time I moved out, I was paying $155/month for a unit they were advertising to new customers right now online for just $72/month. When I reached out to ask if they could match the new-customer rate or offer something more reasonable, they only offered me $25 off. That didn't feel like much of a thank-you for being a loyal customer for half a decade. Facility also rarely had the restrooms open almost any time I visited, even during office hours. Most facility's I looked at have restrooms available during all access hours. I ended up moving to a different storage facility that's not only brand new, but gave me the same size unit for even less than the cubesmart new-customer rate. Disappointing experience overall--CubeSmart doesn't seem to value long-term customers.

They just kept saying that they don't control the electricians. Who else does? They wanted me to run long extension cords outside and across the lot leaving the "secure", locked doors open, exposing everyone's equipment to outsiders. People are living in their units. There are people drinking and partying and sleeping in outdoor units every time I go there. Unsafe and dirty. Only cool thing is they allow music but there are too many bands and the noise makes it too difficult to be productive. There are some awesome people who rent here though. If they would have been good business people they would have provided me a refund like I requested at least 3 times.

We needed storage as we were…read moremoving my mom and oldest son from Port St. Lucie, and in between they stayed with us in our small three bedroom apartment, so we had need for storage. I'm glad I breezed past Public Storage and chose MNSC! Elliot, the assistant manager, was the first to help me out, while I rented the unit. He was very helpful and personable, and even recommended a mover for when we would be moving into our newly purchased home. When it was time to vacate the unit, I had an issue because my son left an organ that he was supposed to move. The manager John handled the issue kindly and professionally. His service went above and beyond! It's refreshing to see people who still know what great customer service is! If you have any storage needs, I would highly recommend this business for its cleanliness, easy access, security, and the management team is the best in the business! Five star service!
