I'm so glad I went to see Alice because she went above and beyond for me as I was seeking a last-minute ticket to Saigon. After having seen ticket prices no lower than $1,300 online, Alice found me something for under $1,000! PLUS she stayed an HOUR after closing time. PLUS she called me in the morning BEFORE HER SHOP EVEN OPENED to follow-up on my etickets/Passport as I still had some outstanding issues the night before. If you do go to visit Alice, be prepared to wait a while. She is very busy, but once you have her full attention, she'll work hard for you. And be prepared to take the time to explore various airlines - it takes time to do that in the system she is using, but if you look at a wider range of airlines you can then find the good deals. If you can't wait for Alice to help you, then just go online and pay more for your ticket. :)

She then makes some remark about how she's busy, so we said we'd come back later. We visited another travel agency down the hall, and after we were done there, it was a few minutes past 6pm. We knew she was closed, but decided to walk over there anyway just in case. Her door was wide open still, and the "we are open sign" was still out. So we walked in there just to see if she would still help us. She was still busy with clients when we walked in. We were simply going to see if she would still help us, otherwise, we'd come back another day. When we walked in, she rudely said to us, "I'm very busy!" and that she was closed and couldn't help us. Honestly, I understand that she was closed. I totally understand you have to shut down shop at some point. But the way she said it was unacceptable and poor customer service. She spoke to us like we were little children who didn't have money to buy tickets so she didn't have to treat us with respect. Little does she know that she just lost herself 6 major travel tickets, as we had itineraries for 5 cities in Asia. All she had to say was that she was already closed for the day and that she would help us tomorrow. Which is exactly what another travel agency told us after we left her place. They even made a copy of our itinerary to work on so they can call us tomorrow with the price quotes. That's what is good customer service. Don't just shun potential customers away just because you're currently busy or you think they aren't worth the investment in time because of whatever prejudgment you have of them. I would not waste my time going to this travel agency. Even if she could get you a better deal, she wouldn't treat you with respect while helping you.

Thankfully I did not need to use it however I did have peace of mind knowing the services I had available to me if needed On 10/12/20 I visited the AAA office at The Ridge. I needed to get my vehicle registration renewal (another perk of being a member, they offer some DMV services ) Process was fast and simple. No long lines and good customer service. I was in and out in less than 10 min and now I'm all set till late 2021. Covid guidelines are being enforced. Social distancing and members are cleaning/spraying down in between customers. Thank you
