TIDE has a contract with MSP for them to supply all T-Shirts, hoodies, hats etc with team logo's. They set up an online store for ordering that I have yet to use, but have heard it works well. If you need to drive to their office the GPS will lead you to the front door, well sort of. Be prepared for the turn off onto the VB Blvd frontage Rd. There is visitor parking right up by the door. There is also off street parking. The products we have purchased so far have been of good quality. A logo modification was handled upon request in coordination with the team to improve visibility. After multiple washes of T-Shirts they have held up well. The hoodie draw string came out on first wash, then second wash and company was contacted and to date are looking into it. The service has been strong and professional. On both occasions I have dealt with them directly. First time was CSR Diane who met up at the pool for a delivery. Second time was in the office with Diane, office staff and founder of the company. Every one super friendly. I would recommend for your printing embroidery work. I needed a quick turnaround on replacement of a shattered iPad screen with damage to one corner. Gus graciously worked the repair into his schedule.
