Do they do decent work? Sure. While my laptop (which was broken), was in their possession, was my crypto currency stolen? Yes. Were there only 2 places I had this info - in an armoire hidden in my room and the other place on the hard drive they recovered? Yes. The armoire has not been touched, but while in thier possession when they "recovered" my hard drive and had it in their posession, all of my stuff was stolen. They had it from feb 22nd to mar 9th, and everything was stolen MARCH 3rd! I never had ANY issues with security until then. I filed a police report ( report 22-0322-056 with Hampton PD), and with IC3 - FBI Internet Crime Division - YES (wont post that here, its ongoing)!! Am I going to a lawyer? YES! I spoke to the manager but didnt hear from him - I dont care what needs to be done, but i lost thousands because of the integrity of THEIR STAFF! I am going to get that money back one way or another. Good work is ok, theft is NOT! The laptop was broken and wouldnt turn on. I trusted when they recovered the hard drive they didnt go searching through my folders!! I hope they do a full investigation on EVERYONE, but i will not let this go. Will be going to the news next. read more

Surprisingly enough, I was charged mileage and found several malware apps on my computer. My problem was not fixed and I was charged over $200. read more

PC Doctors charged me $172.99 (plus $85 installation fee) for a 1TB Western Digital solid state drive that sells on Amazon for $64.95 and which Drive Solutions markets at $84. A 2TB SSD sells on Western Digital's own website for $124. Unacceptable markup! No more of my business here. read more

They do good work when needed but the trick is not needing it. Charged me full price to reset my Bluetooth driver after a windows update knocked it out. Do I blame them? No. Should I have googled more to figure it out myself? Yes. read more

PC Doctors was closed on Labor Day but invited me in to fix an issue with my laptop bluetooth. Roger updated the drivers (something I probably should have known how to do myself) in 2 minutes and only charged me $20. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Not saying they will be so accommodating for you but I was fortunate to have them. I've also sold them laptops for reasonable prices. They're good people, go here! read more

Best buy tried charging us up to repair my son gaming system. PC drs had it up and running in 48hours and a fraction of best buy costs. These people are a life saver and cost effective. Professional and friendly and awesome work work warranty. read more

I thought I was going to have to purchase a new laptop....mine I got in 2014. It was running real slow. So I yelped the PC Doctor and he told me he thought it might be the hard drive. So I dropped by around 12 noon on a Friday. Yes it was the hard drive. He suggested SSID hard drive and that's what I chose. I got a call at 3 p.m. the same day telling me my laptop was ready for pick up. Whole experience was very good and not very expensive. I now have a super fast computer that will hopefully last for a few more years. read more

They Charged me 120.00 for the Diagnosis of my computers problem!! Prices Are HIGH ! Very Inflated !!!!!

Roger is the best! We are on a sailboat from Maine heading to the Caribbean, and our navigation computer came up with the blue screen of death in the Chesapeake. Roger came to the boat on a Friday evening to pick the computer up, saved the files he could and repaired the unit overnight. Then on Sunday, he let us use his high speed internet connection to download the remaining files (it would have taken us forever on Marina WiFi). AMAZING service for a very reasonable price. had a bad driver update, owner helped me immediately with several options for fixing it! turns out my graphics card resolution was changed during the update and was not able to detect my acer monitor! redid the driver update and everything was back! so happy! read more

The customer service here is terrible. My advice is to take your business ANYWHERE else but here..
