After giving the specifics the staff went right to work. They smoothed out my issues, re-registered my car and handed me my tags. The entire time the service was professional, efficient and was well worth the small service fee. It was done and instead of two hours standing at the DMV, I was done and on my way to enjoy the day. I have been a customer of this bank for quite few years. They were personal, friendly and tried to…read morebe helpful. I started the account to support a local, smaller bank. I have personal and business accounts at other banks. Recently, I noticed this bank had been charging overdraft fees even though I make sure I cover the overdraft when I get home. I didn't pay too much attention at first and told myself to call and find out what was up. I finally called to find out what the problem was and found out that (1) any deposit (other than cash) made at the ATM after 3 PM is not credited as a deposit UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY; (2) Zelle's/electronic/cash deposits made after 5 PM are not credited UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. This policy is ridiculous, outdated and clearly a way for them to sneakily earn additional outrageous fees. I felt so duped! What deceptive tactics in this day and age! I told the female customer representative how I felt about it and waited to see if she would make an effort to remove either of the fees just as a courtesy, in appreciation of a long term customer. She actually chuckled at the thought! At this point, I do not know what changed with DCB and their staff, but I no longer recommend this bank, will be informing family who I know bank with DCB of my incredibly disheartening experience and I will be banking elsewhere...not that they care I'm now sure, but it's just to make my personal statement.

He checked and stated there was no record of me ever doing business with this company, which is what I thought. Location: Chase Bank Inside the Stater Bros Grocery Store on Hwy 395 & Palmdale Blvd. My cousin waited in line with her son, This was an educational moment used to discuss banking and saving money. My cousin's son was extremely excited to open up his 1st (first) banking account. When cousin was called next in line the Hispanic Teller assisted them to the back to complete the transaction. My Cousin explained she wanted to open a New Banking Account for her son and was informed, "I do not have time to open a new account", I can only provide services to current customers." The tone and attitude was very unprofessional. What was supposed to be a Happy Experience and a shared excited moment between a mom and son was quickly turned into a moment of Poor Communication and Poor Customer Service provided by a "Banker Professional." My cousin called me to explain her experience and I informed her to go to another Bank who appreciates their members and provide great Customer Service. Recommendations: A Smile and Customer Service is Required when working in a Service Industry. Do Not tolerate Poor Customer Service and Bad Behavior. Some of the balance requirements for my account were too high for my requirements and the bank personnel were quick to find just the right product that suits my needs. They always greet me with a friendly smile (even the armed security guard) and cookies and coffee inside. The interior is friendly without glass cages or long lines. The décor is modern and well done. The security requirements for depositors is secure and safe and functionally easy to deal with. I have 8 checking accounts with 4 different banks. This is not the closest branch to me but is worth driving the extra couple miles to leave with a smile each time. Please keep up the good work DBC.
