Unfortunately, I have had a really bad experience with this company. They have incompetent people…read morewho don't listen they don't know how to ring out customers properly. I was overcharged. And was told that same day that I would get a refund. That did not happen. It has been over a week And I still haven't gotten my refunds. I was told as of today which is Friday, August 29. That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. Please be advised that you need to make sure that whoever you are talking to and ringing you out? Please make sure that they are smart enough and know how to execute their jobs properly.

I'm assuming the manager in charge of the Victorville office should turn off her Samsung message retrieval because I've been trying to contact her about picking up my tags and all it says is read and no response. I am going on 3 days trying to get my tags and they are being very unprofessional. You asked to speak with the owner and all you have is people side tracking you and I really don't think the owner of these individual insurance companies and know what's going on or how rude his employees are. Update finally got a response and at once again beating around the bush when I should have had the tags two days ago instead I get you can pick them up after 12 p.m. when this person told me exactly that I could pick them up in the morning I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as of tomorrow at 9 a.m. and trying to contact their owner who mysteriously doesn't exist

However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations. She was able to provide us with a new policy in a matter of a few minutes with a low monthly payment. She left us speechless including the dealership people, who were there during our transaction and were very surprised by Shey's prompt response, KUDOS to her. I highly recommend this particular office to insure your car because it's guaranteed that you will get the best deal.

It looks like they may be renovating their old space. Not 100% sure. I like their temporary new space because it's more spacious and airy. Ceiling is higher. More space to sit and wait.
