They signed a contract to build a garbage can surround and when it was done added an up charge of 50% of the agreed upon price and then Joe said nasty things about me and lied to me, saying my husband agreed to the up charge, when I wanted to stick to the contract. In addition they took $1073.76 to service my gate and now that it won't open to the key tone, they won't give me a time and date of repair and won't return calls about refunds.

So, though late, I think this is a good thing to share.* The work on my fence this summer was fine and as agreed except for some minor painting misses. Shannon kept hounding me for final payment and three times I told her exactly what needed to be completed before I sent final payment. It was minor touchup work that could be done in less than hour. Three times the guys came out but didn't do what needed to be done. I believe Shannon wasn't conveying the message properly. Boy was she snotty each time she called for money and I had to tell once again that the job wasn't complete. FINALLY the job was complete but Shannon was unhelpful and very abrasive. Employees like this one impact customers' evaluation of future business decisions...not for the good.

That half down was on October 16. He finally came to us on November 14th. He pushed us back for weeks. Kept saying he was finishing other jobs. Well when he finally came he didn't have enough fence because his computer program must have "delated" it. well he charges us an extra $4500, to purchase more fence.
