After 6 months of nothing being done by that shop I called Mike at The Fiberglass Shop and he was able to squeeze me in between his other jobs and have it done in 2 months. It would have been quicker but the manufacturer was slow on shipping the parts needed. They did a great job on the repair! Looks as good as new. I wanted to sit on the couch, bring up the specs on my phone, and walk around the space, dreaming about what it would be like to use the space. I did not want the pressure of a salesmen sitting there staring at me, asking me questions(which is exactly what he started off with asking about my truck). When I was asked to be left alone with my wife, I was told, "it's a $90,000 camper, no". I almost drop this much cash on a similar camper last week but needed to feel more sure. These campers depreciate fast. If they had a camper I was sure I liked, I'd come to them and ask questions and see if we could work out a deal. Instead, I'll never come to this place again. The salesman showed a lack of respect. Every other RV place I have ever been to has been very accommodating in checking out the RV's in peace. Maybe he made a judgement on me because I drove up in a Tesla? I'm not sure. This is the first time I ever had a salesmen not allow us to be alone in a RV with my wife to discuss the space and its uses. My wife is very unsure about such a small space, and I feel the need to show her what I like about the trade offs...without a 3rd parting stairing at us. So, just know that this place will not let you check out their stock without a chaperone. I guess it's like a sports car dealership asking you not to sit in the car. This place will not get any of my money willingly. Neither will Lance now by proxy.

My van is 10years old, and Jim, Bonnie and Angel matched the running board color, added some accents, and it makes my van look new again! Bonnie worked seamlessly, with my progressive insurance agent, to fix some minor bumps and dents...I couldn't be happier!!! Bonnie was unbelievably kind and generous, understanding my situation, and Pam is adorable with the same qualities. Angel needs special mention for all the time, and caring he put in, on my van.. thank you Angel. All Jim's employees, (names I can't remember) are wonderful. Jim and Bonnie were so accommodating knowing that I am a van dweller (at this time) and making it accessible for me to camp out on his (secure) property and plug into electric and water. Who does that?!! The work was completed in a week (not months) and I cannot say enough about the integrity of JCP Fiberglass. I am a traveling single and was never taken advantage of in any way!

One time they installed a new trailer wiring outlet that was too short. The mechanic insisted it was the same length as the last wire. I asked Chuck and the mechanic to bring the old wire out to the boat. Guess what- I was right but had to fight with them to prove it. Don't bang your head against the wall with a business that doesn't stand behind their work.

I was told that they would start looking for parts, but how would they know what parts need to be replaced if they have not been able to troubleshoot the problem I say call somebody else or take it to the dealership.

Warren climbed up on the roof and claimed he found a hole that he could stick his knife in. Him and Wade proceeded to tape the hole, and all possible places water could drip inside the motorhome. Also had Warren look at my Aqua Hot system as one of the Zones had quit heating. He diagnosed the problem and said was a bad connecter. Well, we are now in Arkansas and had a rainstorm last night and had over a gallon of water inside the Motorhome. Turns out connector on the Aqua Hot system was not faulty but was charged $370 for the repair. Total bill for them to come to my location and fix nothing came to $1095.82. As a supplement to the above review I add the following. After arriving home I retrieve the price quote for my trailer provided by TrailersPlus. I was shocked to discover that they raised the price of the trailer $250 over the amount quoted. Additionally they had agreed to take an additional $100.00 off the price of the trailer because I was not taking a spare and failed to do so. They are engaged in fraudulent business practices in my opinion and should be avoided
