Quality is hit or miss with this place. They charged me $175+tip for a simple fill and originally one broken nail ( cut another one off instead of repair), gel pedicure, both with French tip. The lines are awful and she only put one coat one when clearly should have been 2, just because she was overbooking herself. Almost 3 hours and I wasn't getting even 50% of her attention and it showed in the end result. They didn't give me a break down of the cost, I compared cost with the people I was with. won't be recommending anymore. The vibe is terrible unless you are a new customer. read more

This nail salon does not disappoint!! I've had my nails done with Victoria countless of times and I fall in love with her work each and every time. From hand painted marble/quartz effect to hand-shaped 3D flowers, she is very skilled at her work. The shaping is always on point. It's also a plus that she's super nice and friendly too. The rest of the nail techs here are also nice and great at doing nails. They are stocked with all the sparkly glitters, gold flakes, flowers, nail gems, stickers, and some 3D butterflies or fruit things (perfect for encapsulated or milk bath nails)! I've gotten a pedicure with Danny and my feet were left soooo soft and very well shaped & polished! Hands down, this is the place to go for nails and pedicures. Absolutely surprised with Lena's artwork! It has been months since I've been able to find a great design artist, will be coming back & will be bringing all my friends & family! 10/10!! Needed a quick and straightforward pedicure before leaving on vacation and called to see if they could accommodate me within the hour. They could and I got Victoria, who is apparently known for being extremely artistic. I got straight black nail polish so not very exciting! Everyone was so nice, the pedicure was fantastic, and the prices are a little bit less than other salons I've been to in St Paul. I'll for sure come back. read more

I asked for decorative foil with my nail fill and it not only took a long time because the technician was stamping the foil on my already cured gel nails, it also didn't follow my reference photo positioning on the nail, came out lumpy, chipped within the week, AND cost $75. Yikes. read more

Don't go there! I got acrylic gel, and after just three days, it changed color and started lifting. I had to remove it in less than a week, and they still charged me $175. I wouldn't have minded paying if the work was good, but they were terrible in every way. I don't recommend this place! read more

I came here on vacation and decided to get my nails done. I searched google and yelp and found USA Nails. I am very happy with the service. Ive been doing all my sets myself so i forget how pricey it can get but it was definitely worth it for the service and quality and skills that they showed me on my nails. Vanessa was quick on putting the gel down and she is so friendly and knows what she is doing. I felt very welcomed here and since I also speak Vietnamese, it made the jokes and banter more enjoyable. If you don't read anything from this review, take this: DONT WORK WITH VANESSA. Never go to USA nails. I went tonight with two friends to prep for my birthday and we had made the appointments in advance. We were about 10 minutes late due to traffic but they said it would be fine. I sat with VANESSA. She didn't care at all about what she was doing. She was working on someone WHILE I had to ask her to fix my nails several times, and it was for things a nail tech should know. The FAKE PLASTIC nail was SHOWING, she filed sloppily. We got pedicures but I wish I hadn't. I got the honey and milk which was their most expensive and elite pedicures, ONLY TO NOT GET HALF OF WHAT I WAS OFFERED. I watched both my friends get serviced before me for the pedicures, leaving me WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES in now COLD water. She didn't do the hot stones on one of my feet, didn't do the parafen wax because "my toes were wet"-- I felt them while on the chair and they were completely DRY. SHE DIDNT DO HALF THE PEDICURE BECAUSE THE WERE "wet". I'm absolutely appalled by Vanessa's service. I will not go there ever again, and I hope they refund my friend's money seeing as she was so generous to pay for me. read more

The last time I went I had Lena and she's amazing!!! This time I had a man and he messed my nails up!! First he told me he couldn't give me what I wanted so I settled for something he wanted(which I shouldn't have done). The color isnt even the bad part. My nails AREN'T smooth, some of my nails aren't even polished the whole way and the polish still feels sticky. My daughter got a gel manicure and the man that did hers did a horrible job and ended up cutting her!!! Obviously a young child isn't going to complain right away. I called to complain and possibly get some of my money back and they told me "you should've complained earlier." I called an hour and a half after my appointment. I will not be going back there. I am extremely upset with our service. 100$ down the drain! If anyone goes here ask for LENA. No one else will give you a good service. read more

Got a pedicure that was supposed to be 40 minutes long... So I was out there for over an hour and a half!!? I couldn't even finish getting my toes completely painted because I had to leave! Then asked him how much it was they told me $35. As I'm putting my shoes on to leave they told me it's going to be an additional $20 on top of it for the gel polish I got! WTF! No nail shop charges $20 for gel polish! They never once told me it was an additional $20 and she didn't even do half the things she was supposed to do! read more

This has been the best nail salon experience!! I cannot say enough good things. They spent a long time making sure my acrylics were perfect and the massage with my pedicure was heavenly. It's hard to find a place that takes their time. The salon itself is very clean and they even have hot towels for when you wash your hands! Very clean and has nice soothing music playing instead of just blaring their TVs like so many places. Price for a "regular" pedicure was very very reasonable and I LOVE that they let you add the tip to your credit card total instead of only accepting cash tips (I'm so bad about remembering to bring cash and I always feel guilty when I can't tip enough). I was suprised that the shop was open on Sunday. I had just come from a bad experience at the PHO restaurant in that mall (what's up with service in that mall? Buyer beware!) so I was shocked to see it. I needed a "fill in" that's it. The shop that I went to in another state did an excellent job so I wanted it filled in. She spent so much time gossiping and trying to be nosey and when I wouldn't talk to her about my personal life any more and answer her nosy questions she got angry and "jacked up" my nails and then wanted me to "pay before she finish!" PUHLEEZE! I am not gonna "pay" you to jack up my nails! You are supposed to be paid to make them look nice. Look at these pictures. You can literally see her botched up job! Who does that? Then she tried to charge me $25 dollars for that? When I left, she tried to chase me out the store like some ghetto hood rat and "try" to embarrass me? Now who is embarrassed? She kept talking about how she didn't get paid and relied on tips. I told her that "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is very important and when satisfying a customer, you get tips. I have used this salon for over two years and just took my Daughter in for her wedding pedicure/manicure. Although it does get extremely busy from time to time, I don't mind waiting for a quality, professional nail job to be done.
