Wish I could give less than one star but it won't let me. My mother went there to get her nails done and she was going to explain that the nail polish didn't last a week. As she is explaining the nail tech AMBER acted extremely unprofessional! Threw her nail tool and refused to finish my mother's other hand and then AMBER'S husband told my mother to leave and that they have the right to refuse service. This is ridiculous!!! I'm pretty sure they are ripping people off here. I've been getting my nails done for years, and in many different states, and I've never been charged this much. They charged me $65 for a full acrylic set with gel nail polish (that wasn't even applied to the whole nail). The tech seemed impatient and frustrated when I asked that my nails be shorter. He didn't shape the nails enough, so they turned out so unnatural looking. I spent so much time filing and fixing my nails. And I'm not sure why they think it's okay to charge so much in Roswell, NM, especially for the poor quality they provide. Just a waste of money! I do not recommend this place. read more

Pedicure was great, needed a full set too. The guy was rough made my fingers hurt. Then I wanted long stilletto style. He left them so thin and the shape was awful. I've been in this business for 26yrs. I'm only retired. I had to go home reshape and add more acrylic. This was a total waste of my time and money. My total came to $239.00!!! 2 pedicures (me & my husband, I did get gel on my toes) everything else was for a crappy full set that I had to redo! I will never go back. I went in to get a full set and a pedicure . My nails came out very thick . I do not recommend for anyone to go there . The pedicure procedure was very nice though . It's overpriced for the poor quality services they provide . I asked to get short nails and the nail tech didn't really acknowledge me . Everything feels rushed and I didn't feel comfortable because it felt like I had to ask for things to get corrected too many times . Definitely an uneasy moment for me . I paid $70 for a full set of short nails I didn't like and $70 for a pedicure, for me that's overpriced . I hated my nails so I went back the nail tech just shaved them shorter uneven and painted them a different color. The nail gel chipped off the following day and now I'm stuck with nails I do not like. I went again a third time bc the gel on my nail was peeling and the employee tried saying I came two weeks ago so I had to show them the receipts to prove I had been there recently . Overall a bad experience and bad customer service . read more

Pedicure was HORRIBLE the old man did not scrub the bottom of my feet, cut my toe nails too short, there was no massage. My nails came out all crooked, and uneven, also the thumb was messed up. I went back 3 days later to have them fixed because I got busy and as I walked in Amber the owner looked and said there is nothing wrong with them and that I'm just too picky! Zero stars! My feet looked better before and that a long shot, expensive and rude man who did nails! It was horrible ! He fucked up and I told him so and he literally dug his nail into my skin! If I could give this half a star I would I was way over charged I got gel for my 4 year old and a pedi I got my 6 yr a pedi I got pedi with full set and got my sister a full set it was all together 407.60 plus 10 per 4 people who worked on us if I add it up correctly it should have only been 255 if that when I tryed to add it up my self they al started talking over me and arguing and when I showed them the just kept getting more mad and my friend had to make me go outside I was so mad she then payed the 407.60 but what was I saposto do they also dnt listen when you tell them things are two hot or burning or not to use the cheese grader on your feet and tryed to hide when you bleed like come on people this was my 1st time there and we will never be back and it's usually a weekly thing about 5-6 of us go do. We will definitely recommend no one else ever go there enless you want to be over charged for crap work and one coat color or gel also they should never use an automatic sander on baby nails my 4 yr is still cry about how bad her hands hurts read more

The WORST experience I have ever had at a nail shop. I left BLEEDING. The mother or grandmother is the one who performed my mani-pedi. I'm new in town and wasn't sure which service to go for so I went with a basic mani-pedi. After an almost 30 minute wait during which time I looked at the list of services to decide what I want. I get to the back and she brings up another price list with a bunch of random information. I don't like to be rushed, and thought to myself, if that was the service menu you use, why is that not up at the front so customers can look through and decide un-rushed, rather than having someone literally standing over them waiting for them to decide? I didn't say this though. I told her--well one of the younger ladies who worked there helped me explain to her-- that I wanted the basic service. I guess she didn't like that I did not choose a more expensive service? Not sure. Those who have been to a nail shop know when a technician is being rude, just from her mannerism. Rather than motion or say to switch feet so she can work on the other, she would just tap my feet or shove them, very weird. But I stayed quiet and respectful because she's elderly, and I wasn't raised to make a fuss, maybe she was having a bad day. The pedicure was RIDICULOUS. The actual work on my feet was over in 5 minutes, poorly clipped cuticles and then she rubbed my feet with a pumice-type pad and some miserable warm rocks. I already had a bad feeling about continuing with the manicure seeing how terrible the pedi was, if the mani was anything like the pedi, it would be subpar at best. But she was already set up, and I didn't want to be rude. When she started working on my hands I was just underwhelmed. The cuticle clipper was so dull she was literally just ripping the cuticles off. AGAIN, I was quiet. No point making a fuss. I just planned to never return. Then she CUT ME. I kid you not. She cut my cuticle so deep I was bleeding, like drops of blood pouring from my finger-- I didn't even know that was possible from a cuticle clipper. So either this woman is grossly inept or she did it on purpose. Either way, I just stood up, said nothing to the girl as I went to pay FULL price for a terrible pedicure and a manicure from hell. I wasn't seeking a discount, couldn't care less, which is why I quietly paid, without mentioning to her I'd been cut. But the bleeding was so much I had to ask for a tissue at the front, then the young lady tried to put some "medicine." Do you know how bad one has to be, and how horrible the tools have to be to cut someone that deep? In all my years, I have never had an experience so bad. If I could give zero stars I would. Go at your own risk. Hopefully they clean their tools appropriately and are not going around cutting people and passing around blood-borne diseases. The older man (60ish) left me bleeding and acted insulted when I complained and pulled my hands away. Further more his picture was not up with the licenses. Moved to Roswell last year and found it very difficult to find a decent nail salon. (I won't mention the names of others I've tried, except to say that I did not have Joy or feel Happy after going there.) Very happy with USA, so far. I walked in for a pedicure with no appointment they got to me quickly. The older gentleman did my pedi, he took his time and did a great job! They seem to be very clean once the lady was done with the pedi next to me she went to disinfecting the tub! If I'm ever back in Roswell this will be my salon! read more

USA Nails is my salon. The owner, Amber, is awesome. I moved here from Dallas,TX and found Amber. I get the dip nails and was afraid that Roswell didn't offer that. Came to Amber and she does so much better than what I was getting in Dallas. I have also gotten other services and dont have one complaint.
