We not only walked into a fabulous sale but we had the nicest young fella helping us. Highlights; Name brand sneakers and some athletic gear / clothes at decent prices. easier than dealing with the mall. lowlights; The place is usually packed and it is a small shop. I ordered a pair from amazon but they didn't fit, so those got returned. I took my son last night to look for sneakers since online ordering didn't work out. First we were in Freeport, Target had nothing, Sketcher's closed too early, Marshall's and Burlington didn't have much of a selection. So we ended up in Kohl's. I was about to give up at Kohl's. My son can't tie sneakers yet and he was insisting on an aquamarine pair. Close to closing a young sales guy appeared and started to help us. He showed my son different colors similar to aquamarine nothing was a good enough color. Finally he suggested getting a white pair of shoes and painting them with nail polish. I might try acrylic paint. He fitted my son for a white pair of Vans but we couldn't buy them because the registers had already closed. I'm supposed to take my son back on Friday after I get him to Kohl's to actually purchase the shoes. The young salesman's name was Aiden I think. I asked his name because I wanted to mention him in a positive review because he was so helpful when I was ready to give up. Thank you Aiden!
