After talking to a salesman on the phone to confirm they had the type of trailer I wanted, I drove 85 miles - cash in hand - to buy a trailer. When I got there I asked for the salesman i'd talked to and told them of my intent to buy. I was instructed to go out and look around at the trailers available. NO ONE came out to assist me and when I went back inside NO ONE seemed interested in helping me. I walked back out with my money still in my pocket. I'll order a trailer from someone who cares. I have called 6 times in 4 days during business hours with no answer. I don't want to leave a message and have you call me back at an inconvenient time. I want to talk to someone when I have time to talk to someone. If they can't have someone answering the phone, I would guess that means they get plenty of business and don't need anymore. read more

The staff there was nice and friendly. Price was fair and the transaction took no time! Very informative staff, helped me hook up the trailer and I was on my way in no time. I would definitely take the 5 hour drive again if I ever need another trailer. read more
