My husband and I were told to drop off our vehicle, so we did at 7am. Then in the afternoon my husband reached out to the garage again and was told it was not in the garage yet. So, my husband waited all day from 7am to 4:45pm with no vehicle. When I got home at 4:45pm he had told me he hadn't heard anything. We decided we would go to the garage to see what was going on with our vehicle. When we got to the garage we were told it had just got in the garage and they were beginning to look at the vehicle. The guy in the office was a complete jerk and very disrespectful. He said to us "what do you want me to do call you every 5 minutes". I then reminded him that he hadn't even called us once. He said I don't know what you expect me to do we had 6 appointments that specific day. I asked him if he rather us go somewhere else. His reply was go someplace else. That is exactly what we did. Our vehicle needed brakes, tire sensors, rotate tires and a new reflector on the bumper. We will not go back there or recommend this place. Never had this issue in past with this garage.

the whole experience with this shop from start to finish was top notch and I would recommend them…read moreto anyone. everyone there was very friendly and helpful, work was done sooner than anticipated, they kept us informed every step of the way with email updates and phone calls if something came up (it was always for the better when something came up, such as having the car done sooner than planned), and they even arranged our rental for us and handled all the insurance hassle. not to mention the work was impeccable and they even detailed the inside of the car (even though it was a mess inside when I dropped it off which I feel bad about because I didn't know they were going to do that, sorry guys!). I have not even one tiny gripe to mention. I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was just a fluke with a bad gasket. They not only fixed the problem under warranty but they also fixed an unnoticed problem with my torque converter and did not charge me for that. I never take time to leave reviews but I had to this time. Most companies will not honor their warranty if the vehicle changes owners but SUPERIOR DOES!! That's an honest warranty. And the fourth time they replaced them, within a week the same exact thing happened! When I asked why they were going bad they said they didn't know because they couldn't get into the system to find the problem. So they're not even doing their job to fix the problem or offer any other solutions to fix the problem. That's terrible business, does not build trust, & just taking advantage of people. I'm never taking my car there again! I recommend no one ever taking their vehicle there! I don't see how they're even still in business!
