They are extremely informative about the condition of your tires and seem to only give honest opinions and feedback on what services are needed. I later changed my mind and decided to replace them and the gentlemen at discount tire were very quick on ordering the tires I chose and they even matched (and beat by a few dollars) a better price that I found online. When I brought my wife's BMW in today to get the screw taken out, I was lucky they could patch it since it was in a repairable location. The guys at discount tire did.
