I have nothing positive to say about USA Vein Clinics. As other reviews stated, Vein Clinics of America was bought out by USA Vein Clinics. At the Alpharetta office, In April of 2022 before the buy out, I purchased a package for 4 treatments (2 for each leg) for $599.00. I went in Jan 2023 for my last treatment of the package. This was AFTER the buy out. Now they sent me to collections for $349.50 for the Jan. treatment, and say they have no record of the payment, and my FSA payment receipt is not good enough. Also, for some reason with that latest treatment, I didn't get the great results I had rec'd prior. It was very painful after, and a lot that was treated are still there. read more

Run away and fast. The first location I went to was unorganized and uncommunicative. The second location was fine, but their billing department is unprofessional and sends collections emails when the billing still shows you are within 0-30 days from billing. They tried to bill me $34,000 for procedure that should have been less than $2,000 - "oh, it was an error, we will manually correct that." If I wasn't still in the midst of treatment, I would leave in a heartbeat, but it is too hard to switch at this point. The only saving grace is that I like the doctor who is now treating me and he is very good about explaining everything. If you DO end up using them, I highly recommend that you VERY closely monitor every bill and statement - if you can ever receive them. I don't receive a statement unless I call and ask for it myself. read more

Don't bother even calling this company! You do not speak to the office directly only a foreign speaking rep. When I showed up for my first appointment I made on Barrett Pkwy, the door was locked and the note read "sorry for the inconvenience..." and I never received a text or email to notify me. I found out that location didn't have the technician I needed. I asked to file a complaint and someone would call me. I never got a call. I scheduled a visit to the Austell road location only to find out the cost was double what I was quoted earlier. I asked to file a complaint again and was told each of their locations had different costs! I canceled and will not call this company again. They need to get thei act together. read more

Horrible experience. I am fighting my second extremely painful staph/MRSA infection at four separate vein injection points on my leg. This is the worst pain I have ever experienced. The first infection consumed my life for three months in 2020 until it finally went away after numerous treatments. Now, I have spent the last month in pain with more infections at injection site(s). I am left with permanent scars, I have paid for seven prescriptions, I have been to my own Doctor, an urgent care center, I've had to cancel another major surgery because the risk was too great to put hardware in my body with an infection present and I am now seeing an infectious disease doctor at the advise of USA vein clinics. All of my bills have been paid on time or in advance and yet I got a call from a collection agency persuing a $50 balance the same day I received a bill for 77k stating the my insurance company denied my treatments for the past four months. However, the nice lady that scans your legs for needed treatments-submits that result to your insurance co. They get approval and then you proceed with scheduling your treatments according to what was approved. Be prepared for phone calls hanging up on you all week to confirm your appointment... finally successfully confirm... only to receive a phone call when you're at your appointment saying you had an didn't show up. Repeatedly. Oh and if you don't answer you'll likely be charged 75$ for a missed appt. The worst medical experience of my life. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL organization. USA Vein Clinics has scheduled 3 appointments with me and canceled all three - the most recent one was 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment as I was blocks away from the clinic. Dr. Perez is fantastic and I followed him from Vein Clinics of America to this pathetic clinic - USA Vein Clinics. At this writing, I've been waiting two months for treatment. They keep blaming the insurance company, but I've gotten approval letters from the insurance company for my treatment. There is no way to contact the doctor or the office directly - you must call their national (or international) call center. I've requested a call from the doctor - which I'm sure was not relayed to him. I've requested e-mail confirmation of my appointments and they promise I will get a text message - which never comes. At one point I had an e-mail confirmation of my appointment. I show up at the appointed time only to be told "no, your appointment is next week." Another wasted trip to the office. The last call to "reschedule" my appoint that came moments before my appointment I asked them to just cancel the future appointment until they got the insurance issues resolved and I was told they can't cancel it now or I would be charged a "no-show" fee. As much as I appreciate Dr. Christopher Perez's work, I must find a company that can properly facilitate my needed treatment. read more

Take a pass on this place. Although the doctor was very nice, I'm pretty sure I got scammed hard. Got a Groupon for 2 syringes for spider vein removal; it's been months & they've not changed one bit & actually look worse in some areas. I have very minimal veins; just a couple small patches on my one calf, so I should've definitely seen a difference. Additionally, considering that my veins are so minimal, I was severely pressured to go through my insurance for the hardcore laser treatment (whatever it's called). Not sure why that'd be necessary unless the Sclerotherapy was a scam...bet those syringes were filled with saline. read more

USA Vein Clinic bought out Vein Clinics of America which was where I had been treated. I decided to try them when it was time for a follow up appointment. I figured they would have access to my records. If they did they did not use them. The treatments were extremely painful unlike any I had received before. The office staff was unprofessional and I even had to ask the doctor to sterilize my leg before he injected it. Next, I found out that even though I had given my supplementAl insurance information to the front desk at each visit, they neglected to record it. When the supplementAl policy paid them, they did not credit my account. They then called me with threatening collections calls. And then took it upon themselves to charge my credit card without my permission. I have been trying for 5 months to get my refund from them and they have successfully avoided doing so. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go to this or any USA Clinic. read more

I showed up @ the office in Decatur @ 10:00am to provide my insurance information prior to my appointment because I was advised by their call center to confirm insurance approval and there were two patients standing outside advising they had appointments as well but the doors were locked and lights off in the office. I called another office to figure out what was going on with this location. There was a huge sign that stated the hours of operation for Monday was 9-5pm. The office manager @ another location kept us on hold for OVER 5 minutes never returned to the line trying to figure out why the doctor had not showed up @ 9am. Everyone left including myself and still no one from the office has reached out to apologize or exemplify some type of empathy and/or explanation of the un-professionalism that took place. If the office manager nor doctors nor nurses are able to show up @ work than I would never feel comfortable with them working on my body, there is no way they care for patients @ this location. Maybe another location is better but BEWARE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND DOCTORS AT DECATUR LOCATION. They again have not followed up with me still to say what has occurred??!! read more

I went here for minor spider veins. I took a before and after picture. Not one spider vein disappeared, and there are a couple veins that are now darker. Not worth it. read more

After reading all the positive comments out there on the Internet, I decided to visit here in order to get rid of the frustrating issues that I had with my veins. The doctor examined them carefully and recommended the best treatment for me. I was lucky enough to see positive results of the treatment after a couple of weeks. I saw Dr Jay Huang. Really liked him, took time to explain everything to me and extremely thorough. I had undergone an EVLT ten+ years ago with a different practice and had developed significant ugly, painful veins below the procedure. Dr Huang and staff quickly assessed my condition and handled the insurance. Procedures were done on two appointments and were virtually painless and quick. Results almost immediately in terms of less pain and heaviness in legs. Worst part was having to wear the stockings for two weeks. Facility is a little dated but ultrasound techs very good and location super convenient, next to Dekalb Medical. If you have bulging veins, don't put it off, these guys are great! read more
