He said they had some freezing spray in the other room and he'd get it if he needed to. He called the ultrasound assistant in to help him because he couldn't do it himself. When he was finished trying, he said that's it for today you will need to call and reschedule to do it again. I thought he must have another appointment coming in or something. He left the room, the poor kid cleaned me up and bandaged me and when I left, the doctor was in his office on his phone and the two staff were outside smoking. There was no one there to tell me goodbye, what I should do for my wounds, have a nice day. Nothing. Don't even consider this place!! I'm fighting with them now to get my money back for the procedure that was not done. They called me the next day to see when I wanted to reschedule to come back in and I told him, "Yeah, no. They have no phone lines. When you call you only reach a call center that's supposedly in Chicago but I'm thinking most of those people are not in Chicago but I can be wrong. Questions like do I have high blood pressure, do I take over the counter medicine etc. So rude and a BLATANT VIOLATION OF HIPPA. This is not the worst problem. I went to the bathroom which had 1) trash on the floor, 2). no toilet seat protectors, 3) trash an overflowing, and the 4) a toilet full of poop skid marks. Since it was 10:00a I have a hard time believing this was a mess from the morning. I think no one cleaned the bathroom for the day before. All this said I left the clinic. I don't trust them touching my body if they can't keep a bathroom clean.

But when I was speaking with him, I felt like he was mining me for data, not speaking to me as a person. He referred to his nursing staff as his "girls," which was a huge red flag to me. Then, when he found out I'm a teacher, we started talking about parents (which is common). He shifted the conversation briefly to talk about mothers and how their emotional attachment to their children essentially makes them a bad parent. That it is the father's role to balance that out and ensure the child is ready to be successful at age 18. I've come to expect doctors to treat me like a statistic, but I'm not sure I want to interface with a doctor that is a low key misogynist. If I could give him 0 stars, I would.

Never addressed anything within lab results. The one time he did address lab results in detail, he told me a normal lab was abnormal and never addressed the results that were truly abnormal. He caused an me an exuberant amount of bills over a short period that did not remotely address my health concern that got me involved with him to begin with. This went on over the course of 4 months. Eventually communication became non-existence I guess because his plot to bank off of me failed because he literally ran me into a place of insolvency. A quality appointment could have prevented this. Not to mention he was late to a few of the meetings. This is my experience and I was disappointed.
