I paid approximately $65 for four nights of covered parking with shuttle service and help with my bags to and from the airport. The shuttle awaited me When my flight arrived in Jax after 1 am. He'll hand you a slip you keep for the duration of your trip. When you come back, you take the shuttle back to your bus and pay at the very end. Rude attendants and inconsistent advertising on pricing and reservations. Not worth the savings.

I have used USAPark Net many times over the past few years. I have never had a bad experience. I do not usually make reservations and have always found covered parking. When I enter, I am told what row to park in and by the time I get out of my car, the shuttle is usually waiting for me. Last time, they got there so quick I felt bad and forgot my sunglasses in the car. Pick up at the airport has always been easy. They are usually parked outside of Door 1 and if not, they get there within a few minutes. They are usually great with me because I always lose my ticket and most of the time I at least know where I am parked but have had to be driven around general areas to find my car. I got sick earlier this year when out of state and they allowed my mom who has a spare set of keys to go pick up my car so that it wouldn't be super expensive by the time I got home. I have also had it where my mom dropped off my car at the park for me when I was coming in super late and I just tell them where my car is and my mom had my key hidden for me. They have been super accommodating and I love being able to get a cold bottle of water on my way out. Sometimes they have coupons online so it is worth checking out. read more

I've used USAPARK for years, but my recent experience was unsafe and unprofessional. The shuttle driver waved me on even though it was full, then told me to sit on someone's lap; when I refused, I was forced to sit on the wet floor because my exit was blocked by luggage. When I complained, the driver mocked me, and the attendant later admitted she "has to get on to him daily" but offered no apology. With multiple shuttles running, this should never have happened. I will be considering other parking options unless safety and service are taken more seriously. read more

I have used Usapark twice in the last week and a half. As a first time customer I received a coupon for $3 per day which was great! Parking is fast and easy. As you come through the gate the attendant advises you which section to use in order to find a parking space. Both times the transport bus arrived before I even got out of my car. On the first trip I had popped my trunk and the driver pulled my bags out for me and loaded them which I thought was great customer service. When I returned to the airport the first trip the shuttle bus was already outside the terminal. For my second trip I waited less than five minutes to be picked up. You can join their fast pass membership which will give you free stays after so many overnight stays. Also for joining their membership program you will receive four free overnights. The price even without a discount isn't bad at $5.95, for and uncovered spot. They do have covered spots too but I did not check the price. When I paid as I left the lot the attendant offered a bottle of water which I thought was a nice touch. The attendants have always been very nice as well as the drivers. I would recommend using this parking lot at the Jacksonville Airport. read more

We have used USAPark a couple of times when we traveled to New York and Texas. The rates are reasonable and it's useful when we're traveling for less than a week. It's cheaper to use UBER for anything more than a week away. I prefer the covered parking space for $8.75 per day. Our last 4-day trip cost $40.25 and using UBER would have cost at least $60 round trip. But, still cheaper than Airport parking at $16 per day. I didn't care for the additional 8% Airport fee charge though. I would park at USAPark again in the future. I have used USApark at JAX for several years. Never a problem. The shuttles run from exactly the same spot every time. The drivers are almost always pleasant and helpful with luggage (remember to tip.) If a driver isn't all happiness and light on your particular trip, imagine yourself driving that bus and humping luggage all day. Secure, reasonably priced parking. A fair "frequent parker" program--read and understand the rules. Frequent shuttles. Awful. Our bus driver was incredibly rude. It was clear he did not want to be there as when we walked up to the bus he just stared at us rather than helping bring our luggage up. I'm injured and on a knee scooter so I really needed the help but none was offered. He was also watching a football game on his phone while driving instead of paying attention to the road. I used USA Park for the past couple of years, and I have had several incidents with their bus drivers being rude and with extended waits. On one occasion I was out and ready and waiting 10 minutes for a bus in the sweltering heat, I walked up to the front and a bus was coming by, I flagged the driver to stop wanting to get on and get out of the heat, he stated "I have one more person to drop and I will come and get you", he drove off. Rather than coming and getting me as promised he then picked up 6 other people before returning to me, it ended up being 20 minutes before I was picked up. When I expressed my frustration to him NOT doing what he said he was going to do he get very confrontational with me. Be aware if you return on a late night flight you can end up waiting 30 minutes to get picked up. (during the same period I waited I saw 7 or 8 of the airport park and ride busses and 5 Walleypark busses pick up. I just compared the other lots that offer covered parking, USA Park is $3 per day more expensive!!! Had to pay a little over 40 dollars for 8 days. Not bad compared if you'll take an uber for the same price of one trip. Employees are nice and on time. If you're a first time customer, they have a four dollars per day coupon on their website, another five dollars off coupon on your next visit printed in your receipt. You can only use one coupon per transaction. Don't need to leave your keys (best part!) Double checked my car after I arrived, all and well, no scratches and everything is good. I've used this place a LOT over the years as I travel extensively for work and quite a bit for pleasure (over 150k miles in the air last year). We travel ~1 hour 40 minutes to get here so we want to have good experiences (we live in the middle of nowhere). Upon entry, we are at approximately 50% of friendly greetings. Some of them are really good, the rest or blech (yes, a real word). The place seems reasonably secure. The drivers *usually* show up pretty quickly to shuttle us off to the airport. The wait at the airport is *usually* not bad though we have had a few go much longer than they were supposed to. The vans are usually comfortable-ish (sometimes quite cold). The drivers are friendly. The parking spaces are reasonably sized for my mid-size pickup truck. They have covered and uncovered parking at reasonable prices. The point/reward system is a nice touch, the price is fair compared to others and what you get in the area. Bottle of water on the way out is a nice touch especially after coming back from a long trip. I would definitely say this place is more positive than not. read more

They falsely advertise rates for as low as 5 dollars and the most 8 dollars. Hubs and I have been parking here for years, individually and together, for both work and pleasure travels. We've never had a problem. We often find or receive coupons, so we use those whenever we can. Even though it's off airport parking, the service is super fast and we always get to our airline faster and (way) cheaper than if we park on site (after suffering the nightmare of on site parking, service, and prices for years). Over the years, there's been the occasional driver or cashier who wasn't quite as chipper as another person might be, but I've often these type of experiences up to tired staff, and we've never encountered anyone who was rude or mean. I parked here on my last trip a few years back and again on my most recent. I skipped the covered parking (to me, the cars seem so much closer together in that section and if the weather gets all that bad, I'm not sure an open covering will make a huge difference). For this trip, I was parking before 4am and the shuttle pulled up pretty much as soon as I parked. I gave myself a buffer because I wasn't sure if they would make the driver wait for more people before he would take me over to the airport but he took me right over, no waiting. The driver hands you a slip with information on where to go to catch the shuttle back so I was able to easily find the parking shuttle section near baggage claim. I waited maybe 2 minutes outside before a shuttle pulled up. Again, no waiting for other passengers (such a nice touch, I was so ready to get in my car and head home at that point). I was taken right to my car and my driver even put my bag right into my trunk. Be sure to check their website for coupons or special offers. Since it was my first time parking there in my car (they track whether or not you've used their "first visit" coupons by license plate number) I paid a little over $11 for parking my car from early Thursday morning until mid-day on Monday. As I was paying the woman at the window handed me a mini-bottle of water, which was perfect since my car was like a sauna when I got into it. Every employee I encountered was super friendly and helpful. The prices are awesome. I have zero complaints. read more

The cashier rthompson at the check in gate has the worst customer service. I will never use this "private company" again due her rude comments. This was the first time I used this company and she was rude and complaining when I took my ticket and she sent me to a full section of the lot. I parked in the space that had a parking spot available and was passed up by shuttle drivers and stood out in the heat until one finally stopped. I had received several updates about my flight being delayed on my way to the airport and so I asked the shuttle driver if my flight ends up being canceled what is the charge. She told me if I was back at my car within two hours there would be no fees or charges. I got to the counter and my flight was canceled so I was back at my car in 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I got to the checkout booth rthompson was there again and she took my ticket and told me my total would be 6.97. I explained my conversation with the shuttle driver and asked why I was being charged if I was there less than two hours. She was extremely rude and just kept saying that this is a "private company" and it's is not their fault if my flight was canceled and there is no reason they should give me anything for free if the airline was the one who canceled my flight. I then tried again to explain that I specifically asked about this before I got in the shuttle and she just kept rudely telling me that are a private company and would not give me anything for free. I paid her and told her I would never use this company again. She laughed and said she that's fine with me. This employee was unnecessarily rude and it is awful that she would be anyone's first impression to this company. It is very sad that this "private company" accepts this behavior from their employees. Have been a loyal customer for years. Guess I should've done my homework and known that they accept no responsibility for damage to your car while you are parked on their "secure" lot. Have never had a problem or even thought to look for damage after being returned to my car from a trip. Went to vet to pick up kenneled pet from USAPARK.NET and noticed as I was walking up to rear of my car that back driver's side bumper and taillight had been swiped by something white. (Aren't their big vans white??) I called immediately and was told that I'd have to speak to Mgr who wouldn't be in until am but that because I didn't point it out before leaving lot probably could not do anything for me. I left my name and number and told Gwen i would call back. I called back first thing Tues am and asked for Richard the mgr and was told to leave another message which I did. No call from Richard. Finally Richard called back and said that the only cameras they have show entrances to lanes (I was in B 8) and he couldn't see anything. Told me I could've sustained damage anywhere and he couldn't do anything except offer me a few free parking vouchers. I declined as I would never again trust this business. PARKERS BEWARE. Take pics of your vehicle before u leave the lot upon arrival. I'll be Ubering to the airport for my next trip. read more

Located on the feeder road on the way to the airport on the right hand side, USAPARK.net. I travel for work, a lot. This place is MORE convenient than the onsite airport parking. Pretty much as soon as you park they pick you up next to your car and deliver you in minutes to the front door at the airport. I try to remember to have a few dollars to tip the driver because they are more than happy to handle your heavy bags in and out of the shuttle, saving you dragging them through the airports parking lot. Overall, it's just better than parking in the airport's lots. Covered parking is 6.75/day and uncovered is less. The frequent parker program saves you additional money and earns you free days. I have not had an issue and I've been parking here for years for company and personal travel. My kiddos even like riding the little shuttle, it's like a ritual to start our adventures. read more

You drive up and grab a ticket, and an attendant will direct you to a spot. The rates are $6.75 for covered parking and $5.75 for uncovered. As soon as you park your car a shuttle driver will pick you up, load your luggage into the racks, and drop you off right to the front door of JIA. They run crazy specials on the website for your first visit. I used a coupon, and just parked for 5 days at $2/day. Then, by registering for the fastpass (free frequent user program) they gave me another 4 days for free. The women at the Enter/Exit booth is not pleasant & rather rude. The same women was there when I arrived on 12/19/19 and today 12/31/19. I don't know her name because it wasn't posted on booth even though there is a slot for it! On arrival, she knew I had never been there before & was really rude telling me to park in "F" I had said "uncovered". I had to call, she said to go to " M". The van driver was so nice & friendly, helping me with luggage. On my return she was rude again. No Smile- No Greeting, I had trouble scanning a discount coupon, she was too lazy to assist me. It being New Year's Eve, I wished her a happy new year. She begrudgingly said the same to me. Your van drivers are nice, friendly, & helpful. Perhaps you should rethink the booth personnel. So surprised on how rude the shuttle driver we had was. When we had initially parked the car the first driver had not given us a slip, so when we boarded the shuttle from the airport the driver asked us where we had parked. He misheard us when we were saying Q, thinking that we had said 2, and tried to make us get off of the bus saying that we had used a different service and making us feel very stupid in front of a shuttle full of people. When we corrected him saying we had said Q, and not 2, he proceeded to ask a couple of people on the bus saying "Ya'll heard 2 right??" This made us feel even more uncomfortable and just was the worst way to end a long day of traveling. Maybe this company should consider better customer service training. read more
