I have used USA Park a number of times over the past two years. After receiving poor customer service on yesterday, I'm unlikely to return. After watching the driver carefully load the luggage of all of the passengers into their vehicles as he dropped them off, he sat mine to the side of my vehicle and turned with barely a thanks. He treated my daughter and I much differently than the other passengers, and there was only one characteristic that separated us from the others. How unfortunate. read more

Update: USA park contacted me immediately to amend the situation, I appreciate this. I still do think they need to change their policy and accept smartphone digital coupons, but it is what it is. ------------------- I'm actually very sad that I have to give USA Park such a bad review. Everything was great until we tried to pay when exiting. We parked for 10 days, and had a first time customer coupon. The coupon was for $2 a day for the first 5 days of parking. At the time of exiting, I presented the coupon on my smartphone. The cashier immediately said that the coupon needed to be printed. I do not have a printer, and did not have access to a printer during the January blizzard. That didn't matter to her. The cashier said she had to have the coupon printed so that she could staple it to our ticket. At this point there was nothing we could do. The choice was either accept the fact that she was not going to accept my digital coupon, or I could leave my car at the parking lot, and have no ride home. Obviously, we needed our car, and paid full price so we could leave. (Though she ended up giving us some sort of small AAA discount) So, this first time customer is now a last time customer, due to USA Park's antiquated coupon policy. It's 2016. People have smartphones, but don't necessarily have at home printers anymore. So, USA Park gained 20 of my dollars, but lost a customer in the process. Thus losing even more revenue in the future. Not a good business strategy if you ask me. Not a good first impression for a first time customer. Also note that this coupon was not just lazily obtained last minute, this coupon was the reason why we chose USA Park 10 days earlier. I had to fill out an online form just to get the coupon, and the coupon even had my name on it. It was a process just to get this coupon. Again, extremely disappointing experience, considering that everything else in the USA Park process was nearly flawless. read more

Parking here from now on. I used to always park at the cheapo longterm lot at the airport. I resigned myself to drivers who hate their lives, shuttles that take forever, and driving around forever to find a spot. What a breath of fresh air USAPark is compared to that experience. You drive in and they tell you where the open spot is.. and the shuttle pretty much follows you to your car. The shuttle driver got out and helped me unload (and loaded for me on the return trip). Bonus points for them because my car battery died while I was away and they were out to give me a jump in less than 5 minutes after I called for help. All around great experience. read more

I found an offer online for new customers...parking for $2 a day for up to 5 days. Worked out perfect for me. As soon as I parked, there was a shuttle right there waiting to take me and two or three others to the airport. Friendly, courteous service. Waited about ten minutes at the airport after my return flight, but no big deal. Again, great service. As I went through the booth to pay on the way out, I was handed a bottle of water! Your car can be very hot after sitting in the sun, so it was a sweet touch. I'll go back for sure! read more

The lady in the booth is very rude and not just one time. Very condescending. If you have a frequent card, make sure you use it before you park your car as no one tells you this ahead of time. The guy who dropped my 86 year old parents off, dropped their bags and did not help put them in there car. Unfortunately, King Parking is gone so we are now having to use them. Terrible service. I have what they call a fast pass which is supposed to give you discounts on the parking. What they don't tell you is that if you enter and exit through the lanes labeled fast pass you won't get any of those discounts. The fast pass entrance is grouped with the covered parking entrance giving the illusion that those spaces are for fast pass owners which is not the case. So after parking in this area for 15 days I returned to a 158$ bill and no discount just to talk to someone who later told me that I was would have received 4 days for free if I left out of the lane that was not labeled for fast pass users. When i went to talk to a cashier and asked her what the fast pass even did she couldn't even tell me!! Terrible service. Idiotic staff. And terribly labeled signs. There goal is to trick you into paying more. The BEST. I travel at least once a month for work and I can't remember the last time I went to the airport without using USA Park. They are so consistently friendly, a shuttle is always there to pick me up as soon as I park (before I've even gotten my bags out of the car), and is always within a minute or 2 when I land - is theyre not already parked and waiting at the terminal. They also give you a free water every time you leave which is so nice after a long trip with countless set backs. HIGHLY recommend read more

USA Park, is the best place to park your vehicle at the the Airport. I was very pleased with their services. The shuttle driver and attendant was very courteous and polite. At no time did we have to wait on the shuttle when we departed nor when we returned from our trip. I parked my SUV in one of their covered parking spots and I thought it would be too close; but it was just right and I was very pleased. As a first time customer, I was able to use my coupon and I saved big $$$. I look forward to using their services again in the future because I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. Incompetent staff. Would not give me the 4-day parking bonus after I signed up for it. Cashiers do not properly apply coupons to customer accounts. Don't be sucked in by their "free parking days." You'll never get them. They charge $6/day to park, but the place next door is only $4. Save your money and your headaches and park next door. read more

I called in for information regarding reservations, payment, length of stay, ect, considering my husband and I have never used such service I just wanted clarification. The phone rang and rang and rang for about 90 seconds when I was just about to hang up a lady picked up the phone. She was extremely rude, snarky and condescending. I simply asked if I could make reservations, i noticed on several sites this was an option - her response was - "Ummmm NO you just pull up take a ticket and go on about your business." I then asked if I could pay in advance, I wanted to take care of the parking so my mother in law wouldn't have to worry about it when she is there - her response was (laughing) - "Why would you want to pay in advance? That's stupid. You don't know how long you will be gone." My response - "Excuse me? I'm sorry I just wanted to take care of the bill so it is one less thing my mother in law has to worry about during her trip. She will need parking for three day." Her response - "Well you don't know 'cause your three days might be different than our three days." At this point I'm frustrated and confused due to the "three day" difference so I merely told her that seeing that she was so helpful and courteous we will take our business elsewhere. Her response "Yeah you do that & have a great day." NOT the kind of company I want watching over my vehicle while on vacation. I will NEVER use this company nor will any of my friends and family. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. read more

Warning! If they give you a card when you exit promoting their "Earn Free Parking" program and offering "Your next parking stay will be free" it won't work. On the card it instructs you to enter a code at the bottom of the receipt. There was NO CODE on mine. When I called the office, they told me I didn't use a coupon to get INTO their lot, so I couldn't use the card. I'll try Wally Park next time. read more

I've been parking here for years. I travel quite frequently and almost every time I park, the shuttle is waiting for me before I even get my luggage out of my car. I drive a big SUV so the covered spaces are a tight fit, but if I have a huge suitcase I just have to stick it in the hatch instead of the back seat. No biggie. On my return trips, I've flown in at all times of the day and night, and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. A lot of times if it's the middle of the night and business is slow, the driver will help load my luggage into my car for me. EVERYONE I've met here has been so kind and friendly, and the woman at the booth often remembers me. Checkout is quick and easy. The give me a bottle of water with my receipt and I'm on my way in no time flat. I prefer USAPark to airport parking, and keep coming back! read more

I parked for the first time at USA Park over Mother's Day weekend. I had a printed coupon for $2 per day covered parking for the first 5 days. Upon arrival, I was directed to a covered parking spot and almost immediately a shuttle pulled up to take me to the terminal. Upon my return, there was a shuttle waiting at Post 1, just as promised. I was whisked away to my car, and the driver put my luggage in my trunk for me. I proceeded to the checkout where my printed coupon and payment were taken. I've read other reviews stating that the people taking money were not friendly, but this was not the case. No, she was not overly talkative, but was professional and gave me information about the frequent parker program. The check out process was simple, and I was on my way home with a small bottle of cold water. My company pays for the covered airport parking ($18 per day), but I will use USA Park from now on. I like being dropped at the front door of the terminal and not having to lug my bags through the parking garages. read more

I thought the business ran pretty efficient with picking people up, going and coming. But my bill was higher than I expected. I used the first time coupon for 3 dollars a day, but they charged me the full rate for one of those days. I went back to their website and that is never mentioned there. read more

This business does not honor their own free parking certs! I had a bad experience there some time ago due to a computer outage. The line to pay and exit was very long (I waited about 30 min) so the manager came out and passed out cards granting 5 free days of parking for the delays. Today the business told me "that manager no longer works here so we no longer honor those". As I stated in my letter to the current manager and the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau; I recommend consumers not "honor" them with their business. I was skeptical about using an off-airport parking service, but had a coupon flyer that was randomly mailed to me before a weeklong trip so I decided to give it a shot and am I glad I did!! This place is awesome! Top notch customer service --very courteous and attentive staff and drivers. More convenient and time-efficient (not to mention A LOT more cost-efficient) than even the nearest airport lot. The shuttle picks you up at your car, loads your bags, and drops you off at the terminal. Upon arrival, the shuttle was already waiting right outside the baggage claim. They drive up right to your car and load your baggage in your trunk. Upon exiting, the cashier handed us ice-cold bottles of water (totally welcome surprise on a 100 degree July day in FL). Needed to park my car for a 6 day trip up north. Found the coupons on website and thought I would try them Arrived at parking lot about 5 AM and pulled up to gate. Was told to park in section DD and before I could get out of my car, the shuttle bus was behind me and the driver was getting my suitcase out of my car!! When I came back to Jacksonville 6 days later, I had only a 10 minute wait for the shuttle to take me to pick up my car. The price was very reasonable and they have either coupons or specials. USAPARK.net is an excellent facility, especially for ladies traveling alone. The staff are efficient and courteous; the drivers are considerant and drive single ladies directly to their parking spot. Coming home late at home, the drivers will drive you to your parking spot and wait until you get into the car, along with helping you with your bags.
