I have been bringing my clothes here for a while now. Pricing is reasonable. I have a coupon bag so you know (wink wink). They have always had really good service, the owner is always there and is very personable. The clothes always comes out good, sometimes shirts are smashed and that leaves creases in the clothing, but it's no biggie. I even left my clothes there for six months by accident and they called to let me know. Clothing is always ready when stated. I have been to some crappy dry cleaning places...so I plan to be a customer for sometime. All in all a solid 3 stars! read more

Cannot beat their prices or service. I appreciate that every article of clothing is dry cleaned for about $2. Straightforward and good work. Same manager has been there for years and is always working hard. THE BEST CLEANERS EVER! When you find good service it's worth noting; when you find great service it's worth writing about! I actually switched from my previous dry cleaners because of service & price and happen to find Usave several months ago. In that time my clothes have always been ready on time, in great condition, and at a great price! Today however it was a little gesture that has gone a long way. I happen to take a sweater in to sew on a button that came off a year ago (since it got a little cold :) ). When I brought it too them that morning I was told that it would be ready later that day (+++) and when I went to picked it up I was told that it was NO CHARGE. The gentleman who helped me simply said that it was free because I was a returning customer. Now he didn't know me at all but that small gesture of business appreciation earned a customer for life and I will definitely be telling all of my friends. Thank you so very much! read more

Tried them for awhile...when I couldn't get them to stop double creasing my slacks, even after speaking to "Joe", I went elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them for any dry cleaning services. read more

So disappointed. I took several of my uniforms & very expensive pants to be dry cleaned here, they messed them up. Two of my uniforms had holes in them, looked like a rat chewed it up. Twice, my pants came back & there were holes in them. I contacted them in person . I gave them proof of price & purchase of the pants. Bottom line, they said there is nothing they will do about it. I'm not sure who wrote the negative review about this cleaners, however, they are entitled to their opinion. I have been a customer of Joe's since the doors opened in 2006. I've not had a single issue that I brought to his attention that he did not IMMEDIATELY rectify. I've driven back from Houston on many occasions to drop off my dry cleaning and come back to pick it up. This is loyalty to great service. read more

Have been sending my husband's and my dress shirts here for awhile and are always pleased with them. Prices are great! Took my wool winter coat last year and it cost a fraction of what I previously paid at another cleaners! I highly recommend USave for good product friendly staff! read more

We have been using this cleaner for laundry (dress shirts) and dry cleaning for a few years after having horrible experiences at other places. They are affordable & everyone there has always been friendly & helpful. The owner is almost always there & he has come to recognize both me & my husband and always strikes up a conversation when we come in. Have never had any issues with their quality of work. read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone, the owner is inappropriate. I have went a couple times and he just gawks making me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore my clothing always came back with dark black stains. Save your money, and time. read more

Great owner, but some of the staff? Took suit in for clean/press. Got it back with the wrinkles still in the back (plain). Took it back and they said they would fix....same wrinkles when my wife picked it up. Didn't want to make the drive again, so I'll take suits elsewhere. They usually do good on laundry and the price is great. read more
