A properly done hem should not fall apart after one wear. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make this right, especially for a new customer, is disappointing. I understand policies exist, but when workmanship clearly falls below standard, there should be some level of reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, that wasn't offered here.
