I was told they didn't need it until the design was done so I left. The next day I had to go back across town to have the measurements taken from my vehicle because they did not have a 99 jeep cherokee measured. I sat and watched her scratch my vehicle with a metal tape measure and had to leave before I came unglued. I took my jeep in to get wrapped with a drawing I already made. They over charged for design work when I already had it drawn out. When I got my design they had to change what they did trying to rationalize spending an extra hour working on the design when it was not like the drawing I had so clearly drawn to scale. In the process of working though the design Katie was out of the office and I got an auto response from her email and I had to contact Joel. Now not working with the original person we went over the design with. When I went to pick up the vehicle I went out to do a walk around and the wrap was not finished and or bubbling. The rear windows had to be cut so the glass could go up and down. The rear window perforation was bubbling which could have been noticed with a simple walk around before I was called to pick it up. Now I am wasting other peoples time for a ride across town. I now had to go back and have the rear window redone without the perforation which could have been prevented in the first place with a discussion and knowledge of the product. I waited and watched the Technician in the shop and they did great work and have been limited by the capabilities of the front office. After scratching and all the trips I had made I thought just maybe I would get a break on the design labor 1hr instead of 2hrs but once again customer service has failed and I have been let down they demanded I pay the full amount without any proper explanation. I had a fleet of other vehicles trailers and other windows coverings to send to them and now I will tell them to go else where.

In September 2025, the sales representative told me the countertop would be a single piece and…read morewould look comparable to quartz. What was installed, however, was a three‑piece counter with a separate backsplash, and it looks like laminate. The installation began the week before Thanksgiving and was finished in two days, but the workers stayed until 9 p.m. on the second day just to get it done. Unfortunately, the rushed work showed. They failed to properly seal the counter behind the sink, and within a couple of months the backsplash was ruined. They also installed the drawer face upside‑down, making the drawers difficult to open. The manufacturer sent the wrong corner cabinet, so the installers retrofitted what they had, which caused the door not to fit. I waited months for the correct door. I called several times and was repeatedly told it was on "rush." By February 2026, I called again, this time explaining that the unsealed counter had caused damage and that I had been dealing with a cabinet with no door throughout the holidays with family visiting. They said they would request a refund for the inconvenience. I still don't understand how an entire kitchen can be ordered and received in 6 weeks, yet it took three months to get one door. When the door finally arrived, it was the wrong size and left a large gap in the corner. The hinges were also incorrect. They reordered, but the next set of doors arrived scratched, and the design on the front was upside‑down. They were able to fix the drawer face without reordering, and they did replace the backsplash and seal everything, but the seal dried bright white and is very noticeable, despite being told it would dry clear. The project was not fully completed until April 2026. I do like the cabinets themselves, but I'm disappointed in the countertop quality and the cheap faucet they installed. I could have completed a full kitchen remodel in less time than it took to finish this project, and with better quality. I have also called twice more about the promised refund and still have not received it.

We hired Window Genie to wash our windows and clean our gutters. We have double decker patio rooms…read moreand we asked them to clean both upstairs and downstairs inside and out. When they started to clean our gutters the technician said they were clean due to the last couple of storms and that he wouldn't charge us for the cleaning of the gutters. When they finished, they said they only did the upstairs patio because that is all we told them to do which isn't right. Both my husband and I asked them to do both. When they were done, we asked them about the spots on the windows and they said they would go away which they didn't. The technician said the invoice was for $320 which we authorized to be put on our credit card. When the statement came we saw an additional $225 added to the $320. When we called Window Genie, the technician lied to the owner and told them he never said to us that they wouldn't charge for the gutter cleaning and that he showed us him phone with the bill (which he didn't). We authorized payment for $320 but the company charged us the $545.70 and refused to honor what we authorized. That appears to be fraud to tell the customer they will charge one thing and get our authorization and find that they added more to the invoice. The quality of service was poor and the fact that they did not believe us about what the technician told us, tells me they are not customer oriented. We had neighbors we were going to recommend the company to but now have told them not to use Window Genie of Omaha. Very disappointed in customer service.
