Poor offshore Customer support if you Get a rate increase do not talk to them! So after days of phone calls to off shore Customer Confusion they told me to go To the store close by so I asked for an address They said they can't answer that the same As everything I asked before OMG. You can't screenshot conversations or Get text or emails all is blocked. If you call ask for someone that you Can talk through text or emails, words Mean nothing! If they can not respond Don't talk run down and move your Phone number to pre pay this way You have power to open through them Or another carrier and your phone numbe Is still yours! I am now with better carrier Better price because I cut and ran after Talking to the t mobile wall!
