He WAS aware I had a Samsung G6 (USB) but let me out the door WITHOUT a USB-C so I could CHARGE my new Google Pixel. WHATEVER dude! When I decided to return the DSL hotspot box a week later, UNOPENED, he was curt and really couldn't be bothered with my return or the reason why it was unopened! This situ COULD be a MANAGER/management issue or lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE training but not sure. Regardless, this STORE has an issue. I worked as a territory sales manager for 20 at several Fortune 100 companies so I KNOW what GREAT vs POOR looks like! Oh, and he KEPT my 83 yr old mom's "faulty" Samsung A series phone for HIMSELF, when we mentioned we'd like to "donate" the phone we purchased online that was having "update issues." How UNPROFESSIONAL and probably against Verizon policy...but neither here nor there. My mom and I just wanted our new phones activated so we could get the heck out of there, ASAP!

I recently went in to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and the staff there made if a pretty sonority transition. Only real negatives are limited seating available inside (1 bench) and no available Wi-Fi. The last one is slightly more important as it can take a while for your phone to be either activated or worked on, so I brought my tablet to get some work done and found out they didn't offer Wi-Fi to customers which was a bit annoying. Overall excellent experience though. Didn't know what to use as a photo so here's a picture of a toy duck I placed on one of the counters while waiting for service.
