He made it seem like a great deal, laughing and all happy for me. He was acting and lying, fully aware of his lie. Later, two reps in person and two on the phone told me he had in fact lied. I then had to pay $55 to return the SE (At and T on the phone did reimburse me). He also continued to lie, saying that he had not in fact lied. I have left my phone number for the district manager (linda) who has not bothered to call me back. This is a first for me in a phone store. When you go there, prepare yourself as if you are about to buy a used car. Do not trust what you hear. Research it, then make a decision.
