    I have been a customer with T-mobile for over 15 years. They have fairly cheap plans. Customer…read moreservice has been wonderful but cellphone service has been spotty. In certain buildings and certain locations, there won't be any or very weak service. During thunderstorms or bad weather, service can be very slow. I have compared them with AT&T and AT&T certainly have stronger signal but more expensive. I guess you pay for what you get. Overall, I am happy with T-mobile and has not needed to switch.

I told them I lived in an area where service was difficult. They told me I would be able to get service. SO, we changed out the sim card and I filled out their paperwork. With the condition I would be back in the store the next day if their service would not work at my house. I went home and had no service. I went back to the same store and spoke to the say employee and they reinstalled my AT&T sim card and canceled the agreement due to them not being able to provide me service at my home. Almost a year later I find that they have turned in a bill for collections for non payment and it was on my credit record. I never received a bill from them, a call, a text, a email, nothing. I went back to the same store and was told they could do nothing for me about the erroneous billing and collections. I was told to call an 800 number, I did and was told the matter could not be found in their system and someone would have to call me back I waited a week and no call, I called them back and got the same run around. They will call me back it's been another two weeks. At this point I'm going to file a $10000 civil lawsuit for fraudulent charges, extortion from a collection agency , and for damages to my credit report. They don't seem to have any concern about correcting their mistake. If they can't or won't handle such a simple task as correcting a mistake, I would not recommend doing business with them.

    Worst customer service I have ever experience from a cellular retailer. My fiances iPhone has…read moreworked fine for over a year and then today just started showing "No Service." I called Cricket Customer Support and they advised me to go to a Cricket store to have my SIM card replaced since they couldn't resolve my issue. I came to this store and told them what the issue was, what customer service tried and that customer service told me to come have the store swap the SIM card and it would resolve the issue. The employee told me they could do that and started activating a new SIM. The employee then told me the new SIM card would be $10.83. I told her that customer service said the store would swap it for free however the woman at the store said they are not a corporate store therefore, there is a charge for the SIM card. I paid the money for the SIM and after the employee swapped the card, the phone was still showing "No Service." The employee then logged onto the Cricket chat and said she was going to see what they say about it. She told me that if it is not the SIM card that is the problem then she would have to refund me the money I paid for the SIM card. The employee started swapping out multiple SIM cards into the phone per the customer service she was speaking with. After swapping 3-4 SIM cards into the phone, the phone still shows "No Service." The employee then told me that the SIM cards work in her phone but not my fiances therefore it has to be an issue with the iPhone and I would need to take it to an Apple store. I said, "I understand, I will do that. May I please have my $10.83 back since it wasn't the SIM card and you said you would refund me the money if it wasn't the SIM?" The employee told me that since she swapped several SIM cards into the phone, she now owes her own store money for those SIM's and she would not be refunding me the money. I told her I didn't ever agree to that and that what she told me was that if it wasn't the SIM, she would give me the money back. Another customer standing behind me told her he did hear her tell me that. She then informed me that she still wouldn't refund me the money, handed me the phone back and said I needed to go to an Apple store. I asked again, I don't get my money back because you did what YOU'RE customer service told you to do which is try several SIM cards? She said yes. I will NEVER visit this store again and I advise anyone else to do the same since they do not hold true to their word when things don't go their way. Highly disappointed in this store and they have poor representation of the Cricket brand.
