My wife and I went and upgraded our phones yesterday and had the privilege of working with Grayson and another guy that was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. We did have a wait but we got what we needed and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get things taken care of on our account. Needless to say it was a great experience and we were patient but we accomplished what we went for which is a always a plus! What was even better is that we thought that what we were getting was going to have to be ordered and take a week to receive. To our surprise we were able to walk out with two iPhone 17 Pro Max so kudos to their inventory. When we have other needs and issues, we will certainly pay them a visit and allow them to help us through our problems. That location is certainly worth the time and money. read more

Liars... I was told that I needed to upgrade to a much more expensive plan in order to upgrade to a Space gray iPhone16 pro max. I stepped right outside and called an AT&T representative immediately. He confirmed that what the representative was telling me was not accurate. I calmly walked back into the store with him on the phone and that's when the representative wanted to change her story saying that she made a suggestion. Because her children have bad service on their new iPhone 16's and they have the same plan as I do. Seems like someone was trying to muscle me into upping their commission tonight.They also told me that they don't carry the space gray iPhone 16 Pro Max, which was also a whole Lie!! read more

I have been going to this store for years for our corporate account needs and it has had issues but not like today. I had gone in two days ago to see about two upgrades and asked if we could upgrade and got a woman that said she looked and neither were eligible for an upgrade so I asked if there was another phone that had any shared upgrades out of our 20 plus phones on the plan and she gave me the 3 choices. I asked if there were any others she said there was another side she couldn't see so I asked for a manager to see if they could help and a guy named Alex walked up and acted like I was putting him out but he took one minute to look and quickly said no I can't see that either. I said ok thanks. I left called the customer service 1-866 number and got a woman that said that I can pay up my 3 months and pay up 6 months and upgrade and gave me the amount. She also offered us a Samsung 24 ultra plus and a watch with a special deal. I decided to talk it over and call back. Today my husband had to check on his upgrade so we went back to the same store and when we walked in the manager Alex was sitting at the table playing on his phone with another employee with a backward hat on and he came over to the table and sat down to help my husband while I asked the guy Alex if he could have helped me with the upgrade to pay it down and he said to me " Well He said he didn't know that I could pay it up to upgrade, I'm not in sales, you would have to talk to the woman that helped you" that isn't what I do. I said uh ok I thought you were a manager but ok. Then the guy helping my husband that had no name tag on had an attitude from the start and my husband asked how much if he used his upgrade he said 1300.00 for three years was 36.00 a month for 36 months and then my husband asked how much would they give him if he traded it in and he looked at the phone and he said it's 24.00 for three years and 300.00 off but would tell the actual amount because my husband kept asking how much is it, I said he just told you 1300.00 to buy it outright and the guy said 36.00 a month or 24.00 a month I said well he doesn't want to answer the price he's being difficult let's just go. I also had asked him who the manager was he said Jennifer I said is she an older woman I think I know who she is he said she is a middle aged woman I don't know. So we finally got up and walked out and my husband went back in and said he wanted the managers card and the guy Alex said he didn't have one and my husband said he wanted to complain that they were rude and the guy helping him said well your wife was being disrespectful to him by asking him a question. My husband said well you're a punk and both have an attitude and my wife is the customer. They said you need to leave. I have never encountered this at any ATT store but I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service at the AT&T store in Broken Arrow. I went in last week to upgrade my IPhone 11 Pro to an IPhone 15 Pro Max. Johnny was the rep that helped me and apparently he ordered the wrong phone. It was sent to my house and when I opened it, it was a 15 Pro (not the Pro Max I paid for). So I went back today to exchange my phone and they tell me in order to do so I need to pay a $55 "restock fee" because I opened the box that the incorrect phone came in. REALLY?!? I have to pay for Johnny's error? So I called corporate while standing in the store and they said it was up to the manager of the store to waive the restock fee. I explained that to them and Gary, the manager, refused to waive the fee. It's so simple to provide good customer service and so sad that some people have such a power trip that they refuse to be kind. So disappointing! read more

The prices just keep rising... I remember when I could pay $15 a month for unlimited talk and text. Now their cheapest plans are around $35. They were trying to hook me up to something that was $60 a month. I think I'll never go back to At&t or even think about Verizon. read more

My husband went in to do an upgrade upon arrival he was told he could do his next up early upgrade and get 350 in credits awesome right well upon further discussions the rep asked if my husband had any old Samsung phone to do a trade in to get an additional 1000 off in credit this was an extremely awe deal so fast forward a week he gets new phone and we go back into store to turn in devices and THEY TELL US WE CANNOT DO THIS INELIGIBLE DEAL poor management they didn't even bring up account to verify notes never will be back to this store they lie read more

Terrible experience. Went to sell a phone back and was told that they couldn't, but then they hooked it up to their system unlocked it and told us that they could give us 50 bucks for a iphone but they would get in trouble. The guy was rude and condescending the entire time. I know the representative was not supposed to unlock the phone but he did in this process. When we paid our entire balance off from att and we tried to resell it we found out our phone was reported lost or stolen. The only person who had access to our information besides us was the representative who should not have unlocked the phone. Now we are in limbo trying to get some of our money back from them. I explained the situation to another rep and asked for a manager and a manager never came. Do not go here, do not use ATT. read more

Terrible store. Have given them multiple opportunities to prove me wrong, but yet every time I walk through the doors I am greeted by rude, inexperienced, hateful workers. Have been told multiple times that they can't help me with my business needs, yet a few other AT&T stores have helped me with no problems. I have never had a good experience with this company. I have been a loyal customer for 17 years. Today was the worse. The 1st time my husband and I walked in and we were completely ignored. No one took our names no one even acknowledged us. We left and went to Verizon. We are looking for a better company. Verizon was so nice and caring they gave us a better price. We went to a few other places and got way better service. We came back and no one was in the store really so we got acknowledged. The lady that helped me treated me like I was stupid. We asked about pricing and she explained everything and when we just asked for a price she looked at us like we were crazy and a inconvenience. We asked if we could just walk away she said sure they don't have contracts. However when we said we didn't want our tablets on our account. (These were ones that were given to us free 2 years ago) she said no we have to leave those on for another 11 months. That sounds like a contract to me but what do I know I'm just a customer that has been with them for 17 years. The total amount for the unlimited data, phones and now tablets since we can't take them off would be over 300 dollars. We are going to go some place else because when we talked to other people at other stores I didn't feel worthless. You all have lost a loyal customer and I will be telling others about this poor service. read more
