They informed me that they wouldn't be able to come out for 6 days! 6 days that just happen to cover all of the first NFL weekend. I immediately called Technical Magic and explained my situation. They were booked solid but took mercy on this football fanatic and squeezed me in for an appointment the next morning. They were great and worked with me so I didn't miss the reason I pay DirecTV so much money in the first place, instead of giving me some robotic customer service answer.

I've had them in Florida, where it took them 23 days to fix me internet while everyone else in my neighborhood was fine, and now in Nebraska, where consistently for the past few weeks I disconnect and have the orange flashing light on my router. I have reached out to their "customer service" multiple times, and all they tell me is "we see and outage in your area, can we help with anything else?".
