A phone call a couple of days later the Tech gave me the "run down" on the repairs, the cost [was way lower than expected].. I called again, [easier than driving 50 miles!!], and was allowed to pay the bill, my driver will be able to stop and pick up my unit whilst I am in a medical appointment!!
