They inspect it and the may counter offer at a lower price, if it doesn't match description that you listed it as, but I wouldn't expect them to do things any different. I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. My father who has dementia came into the store indicating that he was having difficulty charging his phone. He says he told the Verizon person that he had dementia but he was by himself so I can not verify that. The Verizon person said that the phone needed to be replaced and that the other phone on the account (my mothers) was so old that it also needed to be replaced. My mother found out about this when her phone stopped working because the service had been changed to the new phone. A couple of days later they had me come to the house to factory reset the phones before they threw them away so their personal data. My fathers phone had too low of a charge so I plugged it in and the battery seemed fine at which point I learned he couldn't charge the phone because he had difficulty using the USB-c cable. The new phone they sold him uses the same USB-c connection. A old man with obvious dementia came in having difficulty plugging in his device and your site used the situation to sell $1600 of phones and accessories. I encourage any future buyers to beware of this store.

Same charger and same charging line we always use. They wanted to charge me for another battery. Said we over charged the phone. Would not admit it could have been a defective battery. I did check the brick for voltage, right at 5 volts. Don't trust this place. Will not go back.

Not one of them would wait on me. I was told to wait till it was my turn. A women came in with a phone.. a clerk came out from the back to help her immediately. I was still waiting for 30 minutes.. I just had to leave the store. They can keep my repaired item, This store has no idea how to properly wait on customers . And take care of customers who are waiting patently. A customer should not have to wait to pick up an item and pay an invoice. And a walk in should not be taken over a customer seated for 3o minutes.
