Due to the fact that we are across the country we were unable to assist her in setting up her new phone, so she went into the store where Jessica proceeded to go above and beyond. There were some ridiculous hurdles from our previous cell phone provider and my MIL ended up spending four hours in the store. Jessica stayed with her when she didn't have to, and after enlisting the help of her coworker Leo they managed to get it done and send my MIL out with a working phone. Thank you both, so much. It's extremely stressful to be so far away and unable to help. You did something truly kind today; you didn't have to do it, it was out of your job description, but for it we are incredibly grateful.

They were also unable to access my bill, but assured me the final bill would be mailed. I still have not received a final bill, but Verizon attempted an automatic withdrawal for monthly payment in February (I disputed it). This morning I woke to $777 being automatically withdrawn. They lied at the store about final bills. Verizon lied. They can't be trusted, no matter how friendly they are as people. Filed a BBB and FCC complaint this morning.

Bad enough the account couldn't be set up correctly the 1st time..or 2nd time....bad enough I had to go in 5 times, but THEN the manager there became NASTY & RUDE..making comments like, "you need to just go back to your old carrier" & "this is not worth me wasting my time in" & "YOU are the problem, not the system" (presumably because I insisted on having it done correctly. I wouldn't have had to return there for correction if they could have fixed it the 1st or 2nd time, but seriously, who would NOT be unhappy after the 5th time????) & "you need to take your stuff & leave...I never want to see you again". Although I did not engage in ad hominem attacks...apparently the manager there was unable to resolve everything WITHOUT TURNING IT PERSONAL. Shameful behavior on the part of the manager there. I'm sad to write this review...but the truth is the truth.

Fantastic Service and Repair, GREAT Prices…read more I recently had my iPad repaired here because of a recommendation from a friend. I cannot begin to recommend this place enough. The cost for the repair was just over $100 and if you check in to this location using Yelp, you get five dollars off. The screen and everything else looks sublime and works perfectly. The service member at the desk was kind, patient, and professional. When I or someone I know needs something repaired, we will be turning to Mr Fix.
