I am very disappointed that I am on day 5 without service. I understand repairs do take time- but have found it very frustrating that they will not return my phone calls so I can plan accordingly to be with out internet. I would highly recommend using a different service provider, such as Excel Net or Bertram Wireless.

After paying $600+ for equipment and installation, we are paying for 6mbps at $129.50/month and rarely is our download speed over 1mbps; our upload speed is non-existent. I start the call by answering their question and then tell them the reason for my call nobody take notes like your name or etc they ask the same question that I already cleared up as to why I'm calling... The customer is to slow and need to pay attention to the caller, write down spelling of names, and account number etc.... A call that should take 10 min taking 45 mins or longer.

The latest call was for the re-locating of my dish after a new roof was put on. A suggestion was made to maybe put it on a pole instead of the roof. I took there suggestion. Oh hell no. We just…read moremoved to a new house and needed to get some type of TV service going meaning the choice was between cable (nope, sorry never again), DirecTV or Dish. Dish currently has the best pricing and so I went online to set it up which should be a relatively simple process, right? Nope. I won't go into the long, horrible story but I'm now on my third rep over 4 days and between online chat and the phone, it's well over 2 hours of my time. Bottom line, they messed up during the credit check process and ended up "locking" me out because they pinged it so many times. They promised a call back to complete the process which of course never happened and when I finally did get set up complete they tried to bait and switch me to a more expensive package. On top of that, more than one rep tried to get me to give them a second credit card number - even though they acknowledged the first one worked just fine. Super, super, super shady. The whole process was time consuming, inconvenient, frustrating and more than a little sketchy. There are very limited choices for TV service in this market and I believe all of them suck. Know that Dish is no exception and in fact, sucks HARD.

If / when I had a service issue they would respond in a timely fashion. Very professional. Fast forward to the current. My contract is up and I've been wanting to renew / upgrade my service. I've called numerous times and have left countless messages and emails over the last several months. Absolutely zero response- none. Horrible way to conduct business.
