This one is definitely more flexible than their Seattle location. Better service and less congestion.

When I moved to my new home and needed a gate to match the existing fence, I, of course, called him. The gate matches perfectly. He did it promptly. It is so high quality and beautiful. What impressed me the most is that he offers a lifetime guarantee, and he means it. The latch on my gate broke about a year after he built it, and then again later when somebody tried to kick in my gate. It was no fault of Jason's craftsmanship (the latch was high quality, just a crummy situation that made it break!), but he immediately sent over a member of his team both times to fix it free of cost and it's worked ever since! I'm so impressed by both the quality of the work but also the humanity of the company. Jason cares about what he does and is such a kind and friendly soul!

I have had them back to do a couple modifications and gate-related things over the years, and they seem to enjoy coming back to see their previous projects years later. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company for any fencing project you may have!

I've stayed here several times, and for this area, I think it's one of the better hotel options…read more One of the first things I appreciate is the ample parking right out front. You don't have to deal with searching for a parking garage, and considering what parking costs in some parts of town, I don't think the parking fee here is unreasonable. I've interacted with quite a few staff members over multiple stays, and they've consistently been friendly and helpful. My experience has been that if you treat the staff with kindness and respect, they genuinely return it. I've also witnessed some guests being unnecessarily rude and demanding. If you're expecting a luxury five-star experience regardless of how you treat people, you'll likely need to spend at least twice as much for that kind of hotel experience. The rooms have always been clean, and I've found the beds to be comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel that's conveniently located near the airport, this is a solid choice. The bar and restaurant are another plus. The food has been consistently good, and the prices are fair compared to many hotel restaurants that tend to overcharge. I usually order the fish tacos, and they've become one of my go-to meals whenever I stay here.

The only negatives are the $17 parking fee, for parking on their unsecured lot each day, and that we were not advised that the maid service was only every other day. The "tipping just got easier"placard clearly visible on the coffee table in our room was quite ironic, as we had to call for towels when we returned to our room last evening and it took over half an hour and two phone calls to receive them. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is extensive and includes everything from cold cereal to a made-to-order omelettes. There's also a restaurant on site that offers an upscale menu. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with the main courtyard on the first floor open to the rooms rising up several stories. Happy hour and some breakfast busy times can be a little noisy as we were on the second floor, but it wasn't anything that was unbearable. In addition, there's a mall nearby and a Target store across the street if you need to pick up other snacks or maybe something you forgot to pack. All in all, a comfortable stay and we would stay here again when in the area.

Room air conditioning took a good couple days to really cool down. Towels are scratchy and in desperate need of replacement. Light fixtures and A/C vent in the bathroom are visibly rusty. Bed is reasonably comfortable, though --no complaints there. WiFi is painfully slow (10 Mbps down/up) and there are no LAN connections in the room. Parking is tight, with not a lot of spaces for such a large property. I can't imagine what it's like trying to park here when the convention center is in use.

My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and we absolutely loved it!…read more Here's some of our highlights: - Rooms were spacious and clean. The soaps in the showers were top quality and smelled lovely - Rooms were very quiet and the whole hotel had a luxurious feel. - The staff were INCREDIBLE! Special shout out to the front desk staff who helped out immensely. We did have to change rooms in the middle (our reservation, not the hotel's fault) and they made it seamless. - Extra special shout out to Richie in the valet service. All of the valet guys were incredible, quick and kind. - The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was delicious and relatively affordable for the quality. - Wine hour (free wine from 5-6pm) was a nice touch to get our evenings going in the right direction. The wine wasn't the best but I can't complain about free wine and appetizers. - Our only criticism was the lack of water stations on the hotel floors. Not sure if we couldn't find them - they did have ice machines - but we did have to go back to the lobby and into the fitness room to fill our bottles. Not a bad thing, just a little inconvenient. Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend this location greatly!

Overall this hotel was an average hotel I picked it because it was for Amex and I needed to use my credit before the year-end. During our stay, the fire alarm went off and that was insanely loud. No one can sleep through that. Gladly when we came down to the lobby they stated that it was a false alarm. Soon after about an hour or so we got a text message saying that it was a false alarm. I did enjoy the breakfast here at the lobby! That was actually pretty delicious and I would say to try it out. The beds and comfortable and you can also bring your dog into this hotel which is kind of cool! That was a bonus seeing all the different-sized dogs roaming around.

I didn't want to recommend this place at first and I'll tell you why…read more I made reservations weeks ago with a specific room in mind. I arrive at 12:30 am and am told the room had a maintenance issue and my coices were either h er the ADA room with a king bed or a two queen bed room. Too tired to be angry I took the ADA room with an option to move in thr morning at 1100am. I slept, got up to shower, and instead of the shower coming out the shower head it sprayed sideways from all the joint fixtures. What a mess. I finally muddled through my shower while almost falling over the tub twice. Thank God for grab bars. I decided then, it ain't gonna work. At 8am, I went to the breakfast, took one look at the hot dishes and immediately lost what little appetite I had. Barf. So made toast and a waffle. Safe. Then went to front desk. I very nice said, I don't want to be that person, but...long pause, explain the night before, the problems with the room and got moved to the room I wanted. A few minutes later the manager came out, with some humor and niceness, I got comped for that night. So what started out as a royal slam, turned into aa golden story. They made it right, satisfaction guaranteed.

I've stayed at nicer Super 8's than this poor excuse for a hotel. It WAS convenient to airport. That's the best part of it. And as a Marriott Platinum member, I got to park in the VIP Lot, which was an unlit lot off to the side, with an entrance that went through some odd ballroom area. It really wasn't convenient or VIP, but I don't know where I would have parked if I wasn't a VIP, so I can't compare. The worst part of this hotel was the Toilet Paper. It wasn't even on a roll? Like WTF? It would be like ripping two squares at time from a normal roll, and doing that until you have enough so you don't have a breach. We've all had a breach in TP land and it's not the best day when that happens. Then there's the room... the room was so small with minimal outlets to plug stuff in. There was no desk area for working (luckily, I didn't need to), and the pillows were terrible. Oh, and yea, the runway for PDX was right outside my window. Fun to watch but not fun to sleep! Bring ear plugs and whatever other kinds of plugs you need to make it bearable. I was probably in the room a total of 6 hours and I can say without a doubt I'd never stay here again. I'd rather stay a little further from the airport and have TP on a roll than risk a breach!
