Please be aware of this business. I went in to receive a normal repair for my iPhone's screen because it was broken. At the end of the service the owner Claro did not attempt to inform me that he incorrectly preformed the service incorrectly. Yall, this man gave me my phone back with a broken face id, with a crack on the new screen, and on top of that he didn't even put the new screen back correctly because you could see a whole in between the screen and the body. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. After i confronted him about what i noticed this man goes on to tell me that i don't know what im talking about and proceeded to insult my ethnicity. Calling me a "trashed Philippino from the mountains" I wished it ended there but The story continues Tell me why i go and write an initial review on yelp and this man deletes it and blocks my other account, then he calls my phone and also writes me on yelp just to repeatedly tell me that filipinos from the mountains are trash. IN THE CALL THIS MAN THEN THREATENS ME AND TELLS ME HE WILL THEN FIND ME AND KILL ME ‍ What a jerk. Try this business at your own risk but my experience here was terrible. read more

I had to come back three times because the work wasn't done properly, in fact he tried to upsell me on a new hard drive. total flop. the unit was brand new and came back dirty and scraped up. I came in to replace my iPhone X screen because it had shattered after falling on tile. It was nice that they were open on a holiday. The service was really fast. He quoted 30 minutes but I gave him an hour, and when I came back, it was ready. At first, I thought I had issues with the new screen, but it turned out to be changes with my Settings. I updated my Settings back to my preferences (i.e. keyboard sensitivity on high), and I am back in business. Like new. I would definitely go back again, especially considering it was very easy to get there, park, and get into the store. No malls. No double parking in an SF neighborhood. NEVER COME HERE I took my phone in for repairs because my screen stopped working and when I went in he said ok but before I repair you gotta pay upfront and he said $100 and I was like ok cool $100 for phone repair and I was extra nice and tipped him $20 too. I'm just waiting in the store And he took my phone and money and he stole parts from my phone and replaced it with cheap material. He gave my phone back and I realized my Face ID, touch sensitivity, screen color, and camera doesn't work So I told him what's up with that. HE STOLE THEM and when I confronted him I asked him to just give me my money back he declined. I then ask for at least my screen bacand said he can keep the money I gave home and I'll just bring my screen back to the Apple Store and fix it he said he would not and that I better leave before he shoots me and my mom who was in the store. I threatened to call the police and he admit to stealing parts and said the police isn't going to do shit even if I call them and he was right the cops didn't do shit, and the cops said they don't care. We make a U-turn park back and tell them that the keyboard isn't working... They said that they had a malfunction screen and the screen needed to be replaced again... But they would do it for free... Only problem was is that it was a white screen and they replaced it with a black... What could we really do at this point... He fix the screen and the keyboard worked fine... Drove an hour back to Concord where we live... I tried to FaceTime her and the screen was completely black... The front camera did not work at all! We reached out to the company and they said to come back and they will fix the screen... We came back today and when we got there they told me that they did not have the screen in stock... I said we just need the front camera fixed...He took apart or phone and fix the front camera... But then I noticed that the top left corner of the screen is pressed in black... and the phone randomly re booted on its own and it took over five minutes for the phone to turn on with the white screen in the Apple logo! We waited a half hour for him to fix the two things and he told us that he could not fix the two things... No explanation on why it happened says it just happens when you replace the screen that's the risk you take... my fiancé and I are so annoyed at this point so we left... As we got in the car she noticed that the home button did not work for her to unlock the phone with her thumb pad... The finger touch... etc... I immideatly walked back up to the store and told him that this is just way too much... One thing is falling apart after another, black screen damage on the top left corner after replacement, home button doesn't unlock with finger print.. and now it takes over 5 minutes for the screen to turn on... I told them that this simply is not fair and he needs to do something and we need to figure out what to do... He told me that my phone was garbage... Kept cutting me off... Started cursing at me so I took my phone out and started recording him... he said I better "have a good lawyer" why the heck...?? Highly recommend! I brought in my 2011 MacBook Pro to get repaired because every time I turned it on, I would get the grey screen and the spinning wheel. Worst of all, I wasn't able to backup my hard drive before this happened. Then, Carl came to the rescue! He checked my laptop if I needed a new hard drive and sure enough, I did! He also was able to save my old hard drive and transfer it to an external drive. His assistant, Mino, was very helpful in checking with startup system would be best, Yosemite and Sierra. Carl also found my laptop needed more memory so l paid extra and he was able to add that in less than hour. In the end, I was very pleased with the quick service and quality of work that both Carl and Mino did in saving my 2011 MacBook Pro! The 3-yr old Dell laptop Inspiron 13, model 5379, was used as a spare one, used once a month or so is like new condition. It was draining battery power vary badly, which was inside the laptop. This shop replaced a battery, after charged 100%, and turned on it was draining power already. The owner said he will replace new battery, a 2nd time. When I took it back, it was diry inside, and grease on the outside. teh battery was after turn on, was still draining power, at a slower pace. I gave up on this shop to fix the battery issue. though I paid the whole amount he initially requested, to replace a new battery. I asked when and where he purchased the new battery, he would not provide that information. I got the old one he claimed was defective back. Anyone can provide information on why the battery is draining so fast and provide a solution? I am moving out of state soon and may call Dell service after I moved. read more

I bought an apple watch few weeks ago, Kuya Claro is really a nice person. Idk why some people who left some negative reviews here said he was rude. I think it depends on people's attitude too. I've been going there a couple of times but he have never been so rude to me. The first time I got there when I needed my iphone's screen get fixed. He replaced the LCD on it, and it became a bit different and darker than before which is really normal that's why I've never questioned him about it. Few years ago I had my very first iphone's screen broken and I haven't know this shop yet, I went to the mall to get the screen fixed and it happened the same on the LCD. So he can't be blame for that, if you guys break your phone's screen, better to get insurance on it so you can pay for only $200 for the iphone replacement from the factory. Because you cannot blame on people on any shops why your phone became like this or that then throw hurtful words towards the owners or employees. read more
