Idiot owner, called me 5 times to clarify same thing, bad communication and terribly high prices. Do not recommend! Went with another service for $30 less and 0 BS (mobile fix). Confirmed once to make sure battery was OEM (check screenshots for full conversation) and was polite over the phone until owner started verbally harassing me. Hung up after realizing they weren't going to do the service after scheduling an appointment for today at 12 (which they backed out on for no reason.) confirmed I didn't care if battery was OEM or not, and was just curious. More information: I only confirmed with this business that it was a battery replacement because they initially had forgotten the service I had requested (battery replacement, and they texted me asking if I wanted a "screen replacement", lol...). Also the people I talked to on the phone had initially quoted me for 115 pre-tax for the replacement, but when I spoke to them yesterday, owner tried to pull a fast one and quoted me for 125 (hence my confirming the price as well). After refusing to pay this price he went back to his initially quoted 115. Not a big deal, but it's funny that they tried changing an agreed upon price last second, lol. Scummy business practice honestly, and their replies and comments speak for themselves. Just shady people trying to scam customers. An audience member accidentally knocked my tablet to the floor at a recent music performance, breaking the touchscreen. The tablet, chosen for its low price and big screen, is a super cheap Android device that I use only to display music charts. It's several years old, and I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get it repaired because buying a new one has become next to impossible in the U.S. and none of the usual parts sites listed parts for this tablet when I searched. He had to invest quite a bit of time chasing down the part(s), but Tor told me he could get what he needed, and sure enough he did! I had them replace my screen on an google pixel because the screen had a chip on the corner and was inop. they replaced the screen 3 times, and even on the 3rd try it had a green line running across it. Later, I found out my microphone doesn't work anymore either; apparently there are 2 microphones. They ruined my phone so I had to buy a new one.
