Let me repeat that......If you want, he will go to your home and fix your phone without you having to step out of your house or if you are not comfortable with that he will meet you at a public location like Starbucks. That is a convenience that you can not put a price on. At first I was a little hesitant about inviting someone to my home but rest assure this kid is very nice and professional. After a hectic week of back to back to back meetings, the last thing I needed was to drop my phone and shatter my screen at the end of my business trip just as I was getting ready to go home. After spending half an hour on Apple support (it was buggy and kept kicking me out) frantically trying to make an appointment to get my screen fixed in Santa Barbara, I finally got to the appointment screen and there were no appointments available that worked for me. Even though I found a local phone repair shop, there just wasn't enough time for me to make it there, get my phone repaired, and rush to the airport to catch my flight back to San Francisco. On my way home from SFO late Thursday afternoon, I had pretty much given up hope that I'd be able to find a local phone repair shop in Fairfield. But I'm one of those people who unfortunately can't live without my phone and literally sleep with my phone, so I kept searching and I found Jonny. He has perfect reviews and he comes to you! It seemed too good to be true but I gave it a shot anyway. Jonny asked where I'd like to meet him, or if I'd like him to come to my house. I told him maybe my house, he said 6pm, and it was done. Jonny called me at 5:55 to let me know that he's running a few minutes late because his last appointment went slightly over time. He let me know that his GPS is telling him that he'll arrive in about 12 minutes and asked me if that was okay with me still. Jonny is very polite and extremely professional. He's also very knowledgeable & skilled with his work. My iphone 6 plus looks good as new now and I can't be happier. What really made the experience with Johnny beyond just a simple transaction and warranted this review was Johnny himself. As someone who tries to shop locally, avoids big box stores, and supports local businesses, I begrudgingly set up an appointment with him to fix what is ultimately a crappy situation when the screen on your phone cracks. He was the only business I did not have to call in to inquire about the pricing. -For the above fact alone, I probably would've optioned for Johnny anyway. Not only does he offer the convenience of meeting you at your home or somewhere locally you'd like, his pricing was very competitive, if not the most affordable amongst the other places I got a quote. -Offered a convenient scheduling tool on his website. He also takes appointment by phone. -Initially, I had set up an appointment and canceled after having second thoughts, thinking about shopping around a little bit more and even maybe just dealing with the damage until my two year contract was up sometime next year. While I was almost dead set on the latter, Johnny called me directly, leaving a voicemail just wanting to follow up and confirm if I truly did want to cancel or to see if I had any queries he could answer. -His follow-up is what prompted me to go ahead and reschedule. If I could give Jonny 2000 stars I would ! He is literally the best phone repair guy I've had . He was unable to come to my home cause he was on a tight schedule BUT he made it to me the next day . He worked with my schedule and came at my lunch time . He took less than 20 min to fix my shattered iPhone 6 Plus and even gave me a year warranty just in case there are defaults with my phone. Johnny did a great job replacing my IPhone screen! It took him about 15 minutes to replace the screen and have it back in my hands. He was super super friendly and the office that he works out of is super cute! Even though it was an odd request, he let me behind the counter and watch him replace the screen. Not a good service. Do not waste your money for some cheap service. Go to a pro who knows what their doing. Had my phone fixed but he didnt even clean the screen had lots of dust inside. It took him 2 months to come and clean the phone. I had to keep contacting him for him to come. Finally he came and as soon as i turn on my phone it heats up. Never happened before. I told him about this he said he woulf order a part. He told me this in January. Its March almost April havent heard anything. My phone is currently brocken because of him.
