Johnny was fantastic. He was able to fix my iPhone 5S shattered screen in less than 24 hours from the time that it took the fall of death. He calls about 15-20 minutes prior to arriving so that you know to expect him, and he is very professional and knowledgeable. I have a finicky phone and it's always had some issues but he didn't hesitate when they became obvious. In fact, he even gave me advice on them as to whether they are hardware verse software (aka fixable verse not fixable), which was very nice to hear. I booked the appointment, and Jonny called me within a few minutes (a call that I had to answer on my iPad, because my phone screen wasn't working) to go over exactly what was wrong.
