I've had to deal with many different repair people and I can honestly say that this was the best experience. I scheduled an appt on his website from yelp and immediately got a text confirmation. About 30 mins later I got a personal conformation call from them the technician to ask if I wanted an earlier appt because the online scheduler didn't allow earlier times due to limitations of the software. Took my phone here after i made an appointment with another company and they said it wasn't my screen that was causing issues but my phone. Jonny said he would take a look to make sure they were correct. They ended up being wrong and it was in fact my screen had went out. Cracked my iPhone 6S plus yesterday 9/10/16 called around to get quotes and found Johnny on Yelp and decided to try his services out. Over the phone I was given a quote I preferred over another I had received and set up the appointment 9/11/16. Johnny was super responsive and was able to fit me into his schedule within an hour window as well as fix my phone at my house. Johnny arrived promptly and spent approximately 15-20 minutes at the end of the fix I tested my phone and it was perfect. Although there was miscommunication on my part about iPhone model, Johnny was professional. Although I understand how uncomfortable it would have to be on his part dealing with prices and miscommunication over the phone. I do see that he handles it well and with class.
