He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!

Finally, at 5:20 pm, my wife called him, and he told her he was "25 minutes away," with absolutely no apology. He blamed traffic, took no responsibility for being almost an hour late, and rudely asked if we wanted him to turn around. He then had the nerve to ask when he could come back the next day. When my wife suggested a time, he seemed annoyed and kept pushing for an earlier time, which was completely unreasonable. He promised to call back later to confirm and double check but never did. The lack of communication, disrespect for our time, and terrible customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this company.
