The 1st worker at this location effortlessly walked me through the proper envelope I needed which was decided after she scanned my QR code. Her system was down for purchases(she charismatically explained she took a week off and now the system won't recognize her login) so she got the label ready for me and the next worker(Conner) continued my purchase again, effortlessly. They had a down system and I got better service here and was in and out quicker than the oracle location. Lol the lady packed the package for me to without me asking, wish I got her name but receipt said clerk 22, she rocks. That said everyone should be doing their best to come in the post office somewhat prepared, don't rely on the workers to do it all!

We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Letter drop off lane on n side followed by post office parking . River rd w of Campbell s side it can be challenging to access going west on river #tmi tip I u turn at first light w of Campbell past Tierra Antigua realty . Glad to hear post office and postal workers haven't been pushed out by the new government cutbacks .
