He has very bad customer service and has a very apparent "I hate my job" attitude. He is not pleasant to interact with and once raised his voice at me when I suggested stepping to the side so he can help another customer while I quickly resolved my bank declining my purchase at the post office due to thinking the purchase was fraud. Today I had a bad experience with another male employee. I was sending off an important document and specifically asked for Priority Mailing with tracking. The teller checked me out and when I looked at my receipt after our interaction, my document was sent as First Class Mail and I was given no tracking number as requested. I go to this post office because it's closest to my residence but I think I'm going to start going to a different one just to receive better service. Shame on you guys.

We received an email on Sept. 10, 2025 stating they were investigating the request and on Sept 12, 2025 we received an email stating that the case was closed. There was no interaction between them and ourselves between these two emails. We phoned the station 6 times and the calls were never answered. This is extremely POOR service.

Even an employee who was leaving for the day took the time to say hello and reassure the 2 of us in line that it'd be a short wait. And regarding wait time I have yet to wait more than a few minutes. When the wait line gets long it still moves quite fast. This is due to more counters opening up quickly when needed. There's also some who comes by to check what everyone in the line needs because they have a special desk that handles basic things like package pickups and purchasing stamps. Bottom line is that I don't mind at all when I need to go to the Oro Valley Post Office.
