I heard the customer requested to know the price of each box to be shipped. However the sales person commented that he already has a total for the 6 boxes of $213. The customer was ignored of her request. She even indicated that she always go to FedEx and has shipped the same size box with the same weight to the same address and was charged only $30 each. Joshua looked at the lady and did not even understand that there's a big difference from $213 to $180 for 6 boxes. I heard him say with an attitude "more work for me". Later the customer wanted all the boxes back to her and bring them to UPS for shipping. The poor lady didn't have a choice but to just agree with him. Then he asked her for payment for the $213. After her card was charged he again requested to put the credit card back to charge another $213 because he had to reverse the 1st transaction without any explanation why a reversal has to be made. Then sales person would normally print each label for each box in front of the customer but Joshua didn't do it. Your customer service is so unacceptable. I have witnessed total disrespect and inefficiency of a job. This incident should be investigated by the manager and train his employees to be decent, be respectful and professional to their customers. He was not even wearing his name tag. The customer had to ask for his name. What a nightmare to see what happened - Sept 11. Joshua did not even made any effort to help the lady's request. It was like more of an entitlement on his part because he was at the counter. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

I ask them to send a thing somewhere for me, they find the cheapest/fastest method for me and ship it. Finally, they send me off with a tracking number along with ETA info. That's all in line with my expectations. Touchdown. I've yet to have a shipping complication when shipping from the Mail Well. It's been my experience that the nice guy is super nice and even remembers my face from visit to visit. He goes the distance when I come in with a mismatch bunch of unpackaged stuff and ask him to ship this here and that there. No complaints, just knocks it out with a smile, and most times, a funny joke or friendly observation. Anyway, he certainly keeps me coming back. I keep asking if/when they'll get/use NFC payments (e.g. Apple Pay), but that doesn't keep me away. I'm happy that they keep my info on file from visit to visit, good enough.

Today I had a bad experience with another male employee. I was sending off an important document and specifically asked for Priority Mailing with tracking. The teller checked me out and when I looked at my receipt after our interaction, my document was sent as First Class Mail and I was given no tracking number as requested. I go to this post office because it's closest to my residence but I think I'm going to start going to a different one just to receive better service. Shame on you guys.
