After waiting a month for my appointment, I was met with attitude and misinformation (including being told certain forms didn't exist). Instead of helping, they made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable. Maybe consider taking a mental health day before you ruin others. I am in disbelief at how terrible this experience was. April also obviously ripped me off!!! I received the item, and the glass in the frame was broken. I asked for $200 insurance, which she never gave me. UPS will not pay me for anything since she never applied the insurance. I called the store and left a message per the recording instructions -- no return call. For the year I lived in McDonough, I used this store #4307. This was a horrible experience. I now have to pay for new glass after paying this store $232.61. Sloppy job!
