Seriously, I have brought a hundred packages here; some well wrapped, some wrapped not so great. Without a word, they have corrected my mistakes, waited patiently for me, repacked, rewrote package labels, and other services that are too vast to mention. I will drive 20 miles out of the way to come here so that I don't have to deal with the nitwits at the Post Office inside the Eagle Station on Glenwood Ave!

It sure runs like Third-Class or worse, anyway I mailed a letter on Monday from this 19th century office and all it had to be carried was about 8 miles but it is taking about 5 days to reach the destination and because there is no Sunday delivery it will be a week! old or classic I think they still use mules for delivery. A whole week and wasted 6.95 when Fedex or UPS would have done it in 2 or 3 days and you wonder why these people loose money cry bankruptcy? they are pathetic. I wish the USPS would be privatized, they are protected employees so they don't care, they get their paycheck anyway whether customer is happy or not. I do the tracking and if they have time to update they should have time to deliver! ETA was Thursday and because they are lazy they changed ETA for Friday but they will have to change that one more time, or two, or three times more. I started with 4 stars and I will take one for every day they are late. By the time it reaches the destination it is useless just like every worker in the snail mail system. UPDATE FRIDAY: these snakes are now apologizing because they think "it may arrive later than expected" see the picture and I will take one more star just for that. If they deliver on Mondays they will have minus 2 stars and I will publish the pictures of how they excuse themselves for the SNAFU UPDATE ON SATURDAY 7/11: so what is the easiest for these scum bags? keep moving the ETA one more day, it is now Saturday by 6PM when mos business will be closed and I am liable to be sued by the recipient. Tomorrow they will do the same thing and Monday it may get delivered if only if they really make an effort to drive 8 miles across town. Will never use USPS if I can avoid it, this is the second biggest mistake I ever made in my long life. UPDATE SATURDAY 2PM. They now say the new ETA is between 11:15 and 3:15PM and it is now getting close to 2pm USPS truck nowhere in sight UPDATE SUNDAY 11:40am The ETA is now Monday (a week later) between 1:00 and 5:00pm and it will go on Tuesday, Wednesday etc USPS should move to Venezuela to be in tune with a system that doesn't work. I happened to be at the art museum so this office on Beryl Road was the closest to there. There are just a few parking spaces in front of the building. A sign says there are additional spaces in the back of the building though. It wasn't busy when I was there so I got quick and friendly service. If I am in the area again I would return to this post office.

The line out the door was HORRIBLE, the parking lot was tiny and awful to navigate. My husband and I both have the free USPS service "Informed Delivery Daily Digest," which sends e-mails to you with pictures of the mail that is coming each day. Therefore, we know when mail is missing. Last week a refund check that was coming to my husband, that we got a scan of, went missing. Today I was missing a COBRA info mailing from my husband's former employer and another bill. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to deal with the most condescending, rude and unhelpful man. He was not one of the clerks, it was a taller African American man who looked to be some kind of manager. He told me there is no guarantee on pieces of mail being delivered and seemed like he could give two craps about my issues. How about some faked empathy? Why so rude and combative?? I guess it's MY problem that USPS is losing my mail and not his. I told him about my issues and he completely brushed me off. I have already written to my former congressperson in FL about my mail not being properly forwarded, but I guess I'll be writing to one here too and filing complaints online about the mail here.

Parking is fine here- I walk in and there are multiple people waiting at the closed accordion door. One person said she came in before work early in the morning and they were closed and came back then they were still closed and the another person said they had been there since 2 or earlier and waited 45 minutes and they were still closed due to "lunch break" By 2:40, when I opened the gate door to confront the woman at her "lunch break" she said that her lunch started at 2:30pm. I asked when it was over so we knew when to come back and she just reiterated 2:30 and kept yammering on about it being her lunch break. How is that possible if someone else was here before 2:30 and she was no where to help? I'm going back today to resolve my key issue and hope at 10:30am they aren't on lunch break. As a note, most location INCLUDE lunch times and this one's signs did not. How are people supposed to know what is lunch hour and plan accordingly? I will get photos next time but man what in the world is going on there
