Every…read moretime I walk in, I am warmly greeted and promptly seen by Angie, Emily, or Sarah (so far). Throughout the office visit, they are thoughtful and keep me informed of everything they are doing during the visit (e.g. steps in The Perfect Peel, areas where filler will be used, warning when I am about to be zapped by the laser, etc.) and are constantly checking on me to ensure that I am as comfortable as possible. After years of tanning beds, no facial sunscreen, harsh skincare, and only having Botox done quarterly instead of treating the entire surface with skincare and maintenance services, I have had a lot to catch up on over the last six months, but I can say that I am on a simple day and nighttime skincare routine and that, plus a BBL treatment, two chemical peels, and some hydrafacial action has DRASTICALLY improved my skin texture, pore size, hyperpigmentation, elasticity, hormonal and fungal cystic acne eruptions, etc. etc. etc. My results are always WAY BETTER THAN MY EXPECTATIONS! ALSO, the ladies at PrimeMD are ALWAYS working! Rather than selling services via social media, these platforms are used for educational purposes and responding to patients and potential patients that may have questions outside of regular business hours. I guarantee that every medical provider is an expert in any and all technologies, products, and services that they offer. From my personal experiences with aesthetics over the years, that is basically unheard of. I had been dealing with this rash on my chest for MONTHS and had been on topical and oral antibiotics, had had multiple blood panels done, and was even taking a large dose of allergy meds twice a day for WEEKS. Angie looked at my chest and recommended that I use a couple of drugstore products that help with fungal folliculitis and within DAYS, the rash was resolved! Another bonus: the facility is STATE OF THE ART but not "cold". It is warm and cheery, just like the staff! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Recently I had to have testing completed for my daughter and I. We drove to the Free PNC Arena…read moreDrive Thru testing site after registering online. The online registration is easy and there is no appointment necessary. Rick greeted us at the front and provided the test kits. We then sat in the line until provided the test tube and label. We swabbed ourselves and were done in less than 5 minutes. Very organized and simple. We had to return today after receiving inconclusive test results for my daughter. Rick took time to do a tutorial with my daughter that would avoid any inconclusive results. He took his time to walk us through how to swab for accuracy. This was very kind and helpful to us. Thank You Rick.

I was quite appalled as to how incredibly rude she was to my friend, who had an abundance of questions . She had never received a test prior to this. we were out to do some shopping and she needed to get her test done, for a pending flight to visit her ill brother . this young lady had a very poor attitude my friend had heard bad things about being tested and was nerve racked. I had assured her that it would be OK as I myself have been tested before through your testing site in fountain. it makes me very upset that when people are scared and have to have this done in order to fly, that your staff treats individuals poorly. this should not be the case.I hope that there is training for the people you use to staff your testing facilities in order to provide better care to the communities, especially with us older folk, who are very frightened with what is going on in the world around us. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but nonetheless, this does nor excuse her behavior . I will find out what other places are available in order to avoid such issues in the future. She has since received results, but I would have rather paid for her to go elsewhere, in order to have avoided how she was treated. Please train your employees on how to treat the clients with better car side manner. julia evette Garcia romero

A few days after moving here last year, I had an appointment with Dr. C. I knew nobody in the area…read morereally but the very first visit here felt so comfortable I almost forgot I was seeing a GI doctor. The office itself is very inviting and feels cozy. The front staff is very helpful, friendly and works quickly to get the administrative work done properly to get you seen as soon as possible. The nursing staff was also great, especially Tamara who was both kind and funny. She helped make would might be an uncomfortable visit feel like a chat with a family member. This became the first of a few visits and they all felt the same and I was given the same attention. Dr. C was considerate, patient and listened to my needs very intently. I appreciate his candor and empathy and highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of GI care.

This is the first negative review I have ever posted about anyone, so it took a great deal for me…read moreto reach the point where I felt compelled to share my experience. My PCP and my Duke bariatric team both suspected I had SIBO and initially referred me to Duke Gastroenterology. However, because the wait to be seen was nearly a year, my Duke provider encouraged me to seek care outside of Duke and even offered to write a referral because they knew how overwhelmed their outpatient GI system was. After doing my research, I specifically chose Dr. C. because of his outstanding reputation and reviews. I wanted him to be my gastroenterologist and I felt fortunate to finally secure an appointment five weeks away. I even informed the Duke physicians during my hospitalization that I already had an appointment scheduled with Dr. C., and they told me that was great because I would need outpatient follow-up after discharge. Unfortunately, before my appointment, my condition worsened so severely that my physician instructed me to go to the emergency room, where I was hospitalized for six days and evaluated by Duke's inpatient GI team. While I was laying in the hospital bed, Dr. C.'s office called--not to check on me or ask how I was doing--but to cancel my appointment because I had been seen at Duke. I literally begged them to keep my appointment. I explained that I would desperately need outpatient follow-up after my hospitalization, that Duke's inpatient physicians do not become your outpatient gastroenterologists and that Duke itself had encouraged me to seek care outside of their system because of the year-long wait times and overwhelming backlog. I told them I knew Duke would not be able to get me a timely outpatient appointment and pleaded with them not to leave me without follow-up care. Despite my repeated pleas, they refused to keep my appointment and insisted that Duke was now responsible for my care. That assumption was completely wrong!!! After I was discharged, Duke confirmed exactly what I had tried to explain to Dr. C's office - they could not get me an outpatient GI appointment for months because their system is overwhelmed. Duke was doing the best they could with limited resources, but there simply were not enough outpatient appointments available. I was left without the continuity of care that every patient deserves after a six-day hospitalization and was forced to start over while still recovering. My insurance case manager was appalled when I explained what had happened. She specifically told me that what Dr. C.'s office had done was unacceptable, documented my complaint, told me it would be investigated, and personally helped me find another gastroenterologist who could see me much sooner. What hurt the most was that I genuinely wanted Dr. C. to be my doctor. I chose his practice because of its excellent reputation, yet the moment I sought emergency medical care because I was desperately ill, I felt like I was being punished for going to the hospital. Once the office learned I had been treated at Duke, it felt as though they wanted nothing more to do with me. That is not how patients should be treated. This review is not intended to attack Dr. C. personally or damage his reputation. It is simply my experience and I believe my voice deserves to be heard. Behind every appointment is a real person who is scared, sick, and depending on the healthcare system to help them. Healthcare systems may have policies and backlogs, but patients should always come first. In my case, I did not feel like they did and I hope sharing my story encourages this office to put compassion and continuity of care ahead of incorrect assumptions so that no one else has to experience what I did. Please keep in mind that Duke was the one that told me to seek care outside of the network. I sincerely hope this office reconsiders how it handles patients who require emergency hospitalization before their first appointment. No patient should be made to feel as though seeking emergency medical care disqualifies them from receiving the follow-up care they had already waited weeks or months to receive. Healthcare should put patients first.
