I have lost 2 packages that were mailed at this post office, 1 birthday card with a check in it, and my driver license registration renewal decal. The decal was mailed to me from the local DMV office, showed up on my USPS Digest with pictures of mail to be delivered that day, and never made into my mailbox. It disappeared somewhere between being photographed that morning and making it into my mailbox. This is the 10th state I've lived in and never lost an item in the postal service until now. We've only lived here 2 1/2 years. These losses are unacceptable and beg for an audit of this office's operation. read more

I just want to say that the USPS office in Palm coast has the friendliest people. I've been in there several times with no lines and long lines. The folks behind the counter are always helpful and courteous. They have a tough job dealing with folks who may or may not be having a bad day. Even when being yelled at, the folks behind the counter are very professional ... helping folks regardless of how rude and obnoxious the person is in front of them. This post office and its carriers are pathetic. For an institution that requires its employees to read, it seems most of them are illiterate. We have a hold on our mail from January 30, 2026 through February 9, 2026. For some reason, our carrier, decided that on February 2, 2026 our home was vacant. Fire everyone and start over. As an update to my certified letter which went out on December 9th and I just got back today which is January 2nd they were never able to deliver it which I find impossible as it is a real estate office LOL.. when all the way to fort Myers and back taking over 3 weeks and they still couldn't deliver it , why are they still​ in business????? read more

They could answer their phone during normal business hours. The location says open at 8:30 am on a weekday, I'm calling at 8:45 am on a weekday with an issue, and I'm getting a "we're currently closed" message, and to "please call back during normal business hours" message, even though I AM calling during normal business hours according to the website. Frustrating! I need help with identifying a package coming to me from an unknown sender, so talking to a representative would be helpful. When I ask for a "representative" per the choices I'm given, I continue to get shuffled around by a voice prompt. Ridiculous! read more

Never like coming here, especially when I have to stand in line. The line was especially long today, probably due to the holidays, but good thing there is an option to print labels off online and just drop them off at the post office. Overall though, the service is good and the staff is helpful for the most part. read more

I am still waiting for my package to be delivered from the USPS ... amazon order /UPS delivered my package to the local post office on Friday, still have not received my package, very upsetting and when I tried to call Friday it was an hour wait on the phone could not get thru to a person. read more

Today is January 3, 2017. I noticed from 12/20 through 1/3, my mail has been lighter than usual. Three neighbors since 9:00am this morning have stopped at my house to deliver mail to me that was delivered to them rather than me. One neighbor must have had 20 pieces of mail, the other two had 3 or 4 pieces each. This included, medical reports, bills, holiday cards. This is totally unacceptable. In response to a claim I filed online, I received a return call from "Bill". Message did not give phone number to call him back or last name. Called number after looking it up. Got Bill finally. Gave him the request # from USPS but he wanted the tracking # and said he was in the middle of something. Asked him to call when he was done. Bill said, "No you call me." I called back and he is gone to lunch. Lady answers and says to call back after he is back. Frustrating. Not helpful at all! read more

The employees at this post office are awesome enough even to make you forgive USPS's ever-rising prices. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. This is the only post office I have ever visited where you can even ask for help choosing the best shipping option, given what you are shipping and what you need. Be aware of two things: There is usually a line almost out the door here, so you will likely wait 5-10 minutes, but generally the long line moves fairly quickly because they are very well-staffed. Also they are occasionally out of specific shipping supplies (I've had troubles finding certain sizes for flat-rate ship boxes), but they will call ahead to another USPS for you if you need something particular. read more

Dale was incredibly rude. I was looking forward to coming to being his next customer after watching him interact with the customer before myself. When I got there his tone changed. He explained my transaction and I agreed. I asked for cash in return. He did not hand it to me. At the end of my transaction he placed the receipt on the counter, turned his back and walked away. No "thank you" did not offer me stamps...nothing. I hate to think of him as a racist. Was he nicer to the man before me because he was white. I hope not because otherwise he's in the wrong business. There are plenty of people that would be happy to fill his position. I will never go to him again and will be filing a formal complaint. read more

Completely unhelpful. Poor training of staff, if you call their answer is "I don't know what someone else told you. There's a lot of people here." Rather than just answering your question. Don't bother calling them. Hold times are too long for how little they can assist you. If you're not getting your mail, they don't care. read more

I lived in Palm Coast for 15 years, and I've never experienced such poor service from a post office. Neighbors frequently brought mail to my door that had been placed in their boxes, and attempts to solve the problem were met with rudeness or unanswered phone calls. read more
