Very helpful! They assisted us in estimating how much packages would be before we actually shipped them out the next day. The line got a little long in the afternoon. The employee said most shipping companies come at 4:00, so a lot of customers come in around 3:00. Better to go in the morning if you can. read more

This is not the first time this has happened to me, I gave a pass the first time because everybody has a bad day. Yet again today, the manager by the name of "Angel" was beyond unprofessional and rude to me. I had two large pillows to ship, they were protected in garbage bags so they were slippery, as I put them on the counter, she accused me of throwing them at her, something I absolutely would never do! Secondly, I had my hands full with the other paperwork that she had given from the other transactions, I had completed, and I accidentally dropped the $10 bill I was going to pay with for the boxes my items were being shipped in, then she accused me of throwing the money at her! I asked her for her name and she told me "Angel, I am the manager," so I told her that as a manager she was acting absolutely inappropriately to a customer, she may want to revisit Manager Etiquette. Lastly, she was NOT wearing a mask! If you want professionalism and a positive experience, I do not recommend this business! read more

The parking lot is disgustingly dirty and filled with garbage. The head shop a few doors down makes for an unsightly loitering crowd. Around the side of the building is a hang out for homeless people that hassle you for money in the strip and at the gas station next door. The business itself is inconsistent. I have tried to drop off UPS and FedEx packages many times and am almost already told they have already come for the day. This wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, etc. The very last visit to this location was after I unloaded 6 50lbs packages into the store to be told they would not leave until the next day. It was only 415pm! I drove to the UPS Store instead and have never returned here. Advice to the owners, get dedicated pick up times and advertise them to your customers. Start complaining to the Sheriff and the city about the problem shops and people in the complex you are in. read more

Really poor customer service. Rude. Not 100% Fed-ex capable or not willing to do their job. Slow to do anything. Seemed to not work there, didn't know how to do simple tasks other shippers did quickly. Fed -Ex should pull them as a provider. read more

Instead, they shifted the blame to me saying they rely on customers to provide the correct number and they do the work for us. I provided the correct number. I have used this business twice in the last 60 days for notary, copies, and shipping. Friendly, fast, efficient. The cost was about the same as I have paid at another local establishment and I was provided with several options regarding shipping so I was well aware of the cost. Even tho it is a few miles further than another establishment I will go here from now on. I don't have to coordinate my needs around the hours of availability for a notary at this place of business and I can take care of everything at one time. My in-laws passed away, and I had to ship four giant boxes of crystal up North. Pack Rat packed up all the crystal in tissue paper, bubble wrap and lots of peanuts. I have used Pack Rat for years, I am constantly shipping parts back to my main office or to manufacturers and I never had any issues with using them. I will use them for ease of shipping because I don't have to fill out slips, I'm in there database and all they have to do is look up my info and where I am shipping, quick and easy. read more

This place is a complete ripoff. They charged me $19.00 to ship a 1 lb package to NY via FedEx Ground. I had the item packaged up already in a box and taped. They did nothing but put a label on it and hand it to the FedEx delivery guy when he came. After getting home and feeling as if I was overcharged, I went to Fedex.com and checked what the cost would have been if I would have printed the label myself. I expected perhaps a few dollars cheaper as they are a business and need to make money, I was shocked to see the same package would have cost $8.00 if I would have printed the label myself. I called and spoke with someone who sounded like he was the owner, although he never said he was and he gave me the run around about how much more reliable they are compared to USPS and how gas prices fluctuate so that's why the price fluctuates. The price doesn't fluctuate $11.00 in 30 minutes. Nice try Pack Rat, but I'll never visit your store again. I would advise anyone looking to ship via FedEx to find an alternate option. read more
