He said they would be back to repair it. Well, the repair was a silver screw to hold the wood piece that was broken off the post and mailbox door doesn't close tight. When there is a heavy wind or rain door falls open and mail is wet. I have contacted this location a dozen times. I have spoken with Cory once and left multiple messages that were not returned. Went into the office and spoke with Eden which I thought was going to help but after multiple attempts, that did not pan out either. As of today 4-9-26, my mailbox is still not fixed. The USPS system is awful!!!!

Why are all the other area Post Offices working and providing good service except for the Columbia…read morePO. I have repeatedly go to Lewisburg or Spring Hill to mail packages versus Columbia. If time is limited try the Columbia PO yesterday--again line to the end of the building only one (1) clerk working. Even the Automated Mailing kiosk was down ---incredible. However, saw 2 clerks go in out of the service area did not help the incredible line. I bet the Post Office manager probably goes to other local towns to mail their packages.

It is great to have our downtown PO box back, however, PO boxes are only accessible during business hours UNLESS one purchases a $50 fob to get in after hours...I was so disappointed to learn this. Many of us work the hours that the post office is open so getting there during the business day can be a hardship. I know we have a choice regarding purchasing a fob, but as it adds to cost of overhead, we have elected not to do so. The old post office was available to us after hours.

There was a long line to the door but it went very quickly and the staff were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. The employee I spoke to gave me a number to call which was helpful. That number got in contact with our mail carrier and she called me directly to tell us which number was ours. All three employees I spoke to were all very kind which made for a great first impression of the town we moved to from another state. There's a lot of parking available for this post office and it's easy to get in and out of. The lobby was clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessities for sending mail. I haven't utilized other services here but definitely will in the near future.

After a not great experience (for a few reasons part of which was both of my young child were having meltdowns) at the Smyrna location the day before I reluctantly tried and with the Church St Murfreesboro location the next day since I never actually completed sending the packages I had hoped to. Tuesday morning 4/16 around 9 am There was no line (instant relief since I had 2 kids under 2 with me). George waved me over to his register area. He provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and offered a very helpful solution. He was also quick and efficient too which was much appreciated.

The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!

I am completely disappointed that I…read moretrusted and used the postal service for legal documents--signed, sealed, and notarized--for which I paid nearly $36 for "Next Day Priority Mail" service. They didn't arrive the next day but five days later, completely soaked inside a plastic bag someone had placed them in. I recently filed an online claim and requested a refund, but it was denied. There is a saying: "The cheap option ends up being expensive." Lesson learned: next time, I will use UPS, even if I have to pay a little more, because my peace of mind and confidence in a delivery service are worth more than any amount of money.
