The struggle at this location is that it does not open until 11am and at that time people are usually lined up in front of the door waiting for the guy to lift the gate. They have very limited package accessories like a UPS. I normally have my hubby drop off non-Amazon packages to get a receipt but rarely. read more

I pass at least three postal offices on my way here, yes, I come this far at least twice a week. Why? They are efficient, knowledgeable and never rude. I sell online so I have lots of packages to send out, it never takes more than 5 minutes in line, if I have a question it always gets answered in a satisfactory way. Plus it's the only (that I know of) postal office that closes at 7pm, giving me always plenty of time for last minute packages. Ps: read more

USPS steal packages pretending to drop it off in you mailbox but you go there and there's nothing there .. it happened four times to me at this address, not only me but to my other neighbors as well after we discussed about what's happening . We get Amazon UPS packages no problem, , sometimes hanging on the floors next to the mail boxes and no one steal it, only USPS pretends to do a delivery but they take it back with them to steal it. I called the office several times and they never did anything about it. Now they recognize my number when I called to fallow up and they don't pick up. You go there and they pretend to write the info and no one gets back to you. The only way you can receive your packages is if you have it send it by Priority Mail, UPS & FedEx. USPS have an inside job system to steal people packages, they are all in together.. it's an inside job 100% sure. After I showed up to fallow through I receive an email saying case solved! BS They make it impossible for you to get your packages delivered. And they lie to your face. They are a bunch of thief'. read more

My rating is based here on what they do when they have lost your package. First off they have a self service kiosk where you can scan your package before dropping it in the dropbox. Great, however, most of the time that self-service kiosk is not working so learn from my mistake I dropped my package in the box anyway with priority, flat rate packaging I filed a claim it has been over two 1/2 months since my package disappeared, and they denied my claim because my package was never scanned. After 30 days of waiting, I went to the post office waited in the long, slow line and asked to speak to someone about it, and was told simply we don't scan packages here they're sent to Opa Locka or somewhere else and scanned there, so keep in mind if you drop your package off in the dropbox inside the post office, they aren't responsible for it until it gets to wherever they send it to to be scanned... the only thing I received in compensation was because my postage was not used within 30 days and I purchased it online. I was refunded back to my credit card. Think of this if you purchase the postage at the post office, would you get your money back? I'm not really sure how that works. Maybe you'd have to go back and wait in line and ask for it. I filed a claim it was denied. I also filed an appeal and never heard back. The post office has gone to absolute poo when it comes to customer service. read more

There had previously been Yelp reviews for this location, but I guess someone didn't take the time to look at the hours while they were here and mistakenly reported it as closed. This post office is open 11-7 everyday (except Sunday).There used to be a miserable and unhelpful woman working here, but she's long gone. It seems like they rotate staff. Maybe she's back on the island of misfit toys, which is the one at 3225 N Hiatus in Sunrise, I recommend avoiding that awful place. The current employees are very efficient and knowledgeable. I come in here on a regular basis and I never dread it. We have all been to those post offices that have horrible lines that do not move, but I'm happy to report that's not the norm here. This is a great spot to come if you need stamps or want to mail a package. You will usually be in and out quickly! read more

It is extremely convenient to have a post office in the mall. Plenty of people make large purchases here and sometimes it's easier to mail the items than to travel back with them. If you're on your way to the mall but need to stop at the post office first, it's easier to make one trip and just bring your package with you. Luckily, you can do most of the legwork using the USPS app but you'll still need to print your own label and package your own box. Don't assume they will tape your box for you because you will be surprised that you need to purchase a roll of tape to do that. If you dint have access to the app or a printer, you can purchase a box and a label here and even secure tracking ok whatever delivery method you select. USPS will always be cheaper than Fedex or UPS due to their varied shipping options and customizable postage options. read more

Pretty good as far as post offices go. It's located right next to the Target at the Sawgrass Mills Outlets and is pretty simple to get in and out of. I go to post offices quite a bit to mail out some things I sell and when packing a small item up I noticed they only had big boxes so I just used that since my pre-paid labels require I use that type. A gentleman came over and informed me that depending on where it's going and how heavy it is I can use a different type which they had smaller boxes of. Made me feel better about it since in the smaller box my merchandise wouldn't be banging around and all messy when it arrives to where it's going. The gentleman at the counter was also very kind and informative about the different boxes and the way they charge. Usually post office employees aren't very kind or talkative so this was a nice surprise. I was very please with my experience here. read more
