Super rude staff. People hang up in your face when you call and they are extremely pompous. Def finding a new provider after my last visit!

I've been coming her for about a couple of months due to transferring clinics. They have always been so patient and kind whenever I come. All the staff are always so friendly and I honestly don't know where else I could have gotten better care. They make sure to always let you know what wrong, how to fix it, follow up plans, and have answers to your questions. As a high risk pregnancy I appreciate a lot. Deserves zero stars. NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE. My niece went in for a routine check up. Someone who did not know what they were doing took her blood sample. The next day her arm was black and purple bruised and swollen. It stayed like that for days. She then started having numbness, pain and tingling in her arm. She went to a massage therapist to see what was wrong. They told her whoever drew blood from her did it completely wrong and that they poked the main nerve in her arm and caused damage. ( The ulnar nerve). It will take months to heal and go back to normal. She then called the office to complain. They told her no office manager was in. They assured her they would pass the message along to someone in charge. No one called her back. She wrote an email to the main office to complain. No one got back with her. DO NOT GO TO THIS VERY LOW QUALITY OFFICE. YOU WILL BE RISKING YOUR HEALTH! read more

The doctors here have all been genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. Dr. Lucy Brujin is THE best doctor I have ever had. She helped me through the birth of my daughter and has been an awesome doctor for her since. I would recommend her very highly to anyone. The front staff are pretty rude. The place needs major renovations. The appointment process is crazy. But the doctors are worth the pain. read more

I have come to this clinic 3 times, out of necessity, since Harbor of Health closed. The level of incompetence and lack of communication at this office is baffling. I made this appointment to get a medication, which the admin told me could be "rush ordered" and received within a week. Upon arrival at the office, I was ignored for 30 minutes until I finally went up front and asked if I had a co-pay. This admin said, "well you have an appointment but they didn't write down why. Why are you here?" I was also told there's no such thing as rush-ordering, so apparently whoever made my appointment was just making things up. I gained admittance to the back, where my vitals were taken by a student nurse. I then had to wait for a "real" nurse to enter the numbers in the computer. Shockingly, though this is my 3rd visit, they had me recorded as being on medications I've never heard of. I was asked for the third time why I was here (to place my order - which you apparently have to do in person, then COME BACK AGAIN TO ACTUALLY GET IT) - which garnered the answer "ok, so you'd like to discuss medications?" No no, no discussion needed! I've been here for over an hour just to place aforementioned order and know I will have to return at least once more. At least I can relax knowing that the forth time I come, they still won't know why I'm here or what medications I'm taking. read more

I've been coming to this office since I was 7 months pregnant. It has actually changed a lot in these past two years and def for the better. I can remember one of my very first visits was at 1pm. I arrived around 30 minutes early and by 3 pm I still wasn't in a room. Talk about ridiculous. Now however they have gotten much better, almost a complete 180 from that first app two years ago. I come in the mornings now and the wait is at most 30. They have an incredibly large staff here. Mostly student doctors learning the ropes and hordes of nurses to help them along the way. I usually don't see just one specific doctor so I've come across ones that I really really enjoy, and others that I would be willing to never see again. The nurses can be completely amazing. There is one that I particularly love seeing. Then of course you have the ones that are just doing their job, luckily they don't seem to stick around you for very long. They get in and out and leave you be until the doctor comes in. I've for the most part gotten decent treatment here. I always feel a little rushed and sometimes unheard. Def dont try to tell them about more than one problem, just make several different appointments for all of them. The waiting area used to be cramped and dirty looking. They have actually moved it around and managed to open it up to make it nice to look and sit at. The only downside is it is still incredibly cold to sit in, so take a jacket, blanket, or parka. All in all, I have looked into going to other doctors offices and I still end up coming back here so it isn't all bad, and is tolerable. Sometimes it's a coin toss on the experience that you get from the staff, but for the majority they are all very nice and caring people. They still have a little ways to go before they are top notch, and I will still likely be a patient here when that finally happens. read more

I have been a patient here for 14 years and it has not improved one iota in my opinion. Do not ever expect to talk to a nurse or your doctor over the phone as it is not going to happen. You leave a message with the 800 number which is used to book appointments. I have never even once had my doctor get the message. Besides the residents, the staff of doctors are a revolving door, which I hate. The front receptionist staff can be rude and unpleasant and not helpful at all. I have had to report them numerous times. If it weren't for being an established patient and a Tricare patient with limited options in this city, I would leave and find another system. On the plus side, I have only had one doctor in all those years I didn't care for and almost all of the nurses are very sweet and kind and friendly. read more
