She listens to my concerns , evaluates possibilities and give me options as to the plan of care that we can try. She always has taken ever step to insure there is no underlying conditions left untreated. On one particular office visit I had been having pelvic pain that had intensified for a week. I she ran lab work, urinalysis, and had me scheduled for an ultrasound with a few days. I get my results of any test within 1-3 days and I have never waited more than a day to get any results back from any type of scans. If she says she's is sending in prescription you can bank that it's already waiting for you at the pharmacy when you leave your appointment. I have even gotten follow up calls from my appointment from her nurse stating that Brandy wanted to know the status of my condition and how I was feeling. She takes also in consideration that I have private insurance and some of the new medication are way to costly. Several instances she has printed out a Good Rx coupon and told me where I could get that medication the cheapest. Now ask me if I'm willing to give up that kind of care? Absolutely NOT

Gives out wrong medical advice. I just received a letter saying I was no longer going to be seen due to non-compliance. I was just there last week to be fit in to see if I had a UTI. I did not. I was not seen by her but another physician that took over an hour. Before that I had seen her for a fear of a clot in my leg because I had had a clot before. She wrote an order to be seen at vascular to check out my leg, I immediately went there: no clot! Thankfully, not once have I not followed her instructions. She is going on maternity leave, it feels like her way of dealing with the idea she may not be back sooner than she thought? Not sure, however putting me down as non medical compliance will not work. There bathroom is nasty, the pen to write the name on your specimen cup is sticking properly from people who pee and use the pen to wright with, the little pen holder hadn't been cleaned since the day it was bought. Someone had shaved in the sink, there was left over hair in and on the top of the sink. The large paper towel roll was sitting on the sink that was gross. I guess it was too much work to put the paper towels in the holder?! The nurse wanted me to bring out my pee cup even though I had just washed my hands?! She had gloves on. How many of their patients walk out with peed on cups, bare unwashed hands and touch things. Yuck. I've reported both the doctor and nurse. I let the hospital aware of how this office handles patients. Clinton deserves better! Do better!

He stays right on top and has been there for me as a doctor should and beyond. He cares, truly cares and has been a major support figure in my life. Just had a seizure and was called a liar while it was happening. They will hurt you with a smile on their faces because they know you stuck and they are getting your insurance money. I keep requesting to be transferred and they refuse to even try. If you or a loved one are ever in need of care and they want to send you here, demand to go elsewhere.

I had several treatments like this at Pure and they were all the same. No gowns, just street clothes. Once she placed the needles in my stomach, head, arms and feet, I was left alone in the room. I was accustomed to traditional Chinese medicine, and, unfortunately, I did not get the pain relief I was used to getting so I didn't go back to Pure.

Went in for a cleaning but postponed after I refused yet another full set of X-rays (done 2x in March). They got those yet from one of the other places I went but now Appalachia won't have with me as a patient. Apparently, I'm 'not a good fit' for their practice...because I questioned their original diagnosis. I think they're right; I don't want to work with a place that can't make a proper diagnosis and/or be straight with me.
