Worst experience! My child had an well care appointment but she has not been given the necessary vaccines and flu shot despite repeated requests. They are too busy in making money and asked to come back with another appointment. Also, my other child was refused to be seen by the Doctor saying he came few minutes late for the appointment and we had to come back without seeing the Doctor that too after waiting for long two hours. I love this location, have been attending for 5 years. Received prenatal care with Dr.Durham which was amazing. My children both see Dr.Umeh and she is a fantastic provider! I love how sweet she is to my sons and how she remembers them each time she sees them. She is so attentive to all the concerns I have and is always on point with her diagnostics. UT Physicians at Sienna Plantation is a great office. My primary care physician Dr. Ryan Walsh is phenomenal. Great listener, never in a rush to get through with your appointment, that to me is a sign of a great doctor. Patients who utilize the UT Patient portal have access to all their records, and a easy way to quickly communicate with their doctor by email. I always receive a response to my requests for appointment or message to the doctor in 24 hours. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Walsh - the best primary care physician I have had & I'm 61! read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I took my son here for a 2year old well check up. Dr. Umeh was kind but brushed off my concern about his growth percentiles dropping. She asked me if I had any questions, and me being a curious mom told her about him having hard stools. She told me to give him water and veggies. Ok visit. THEN a month later I receive a bill from her CHARGING me for a sick visit that same day and citing...constipation!??? I was furious and called both the office and billing office only to be told that it is normal that anything discussed other than the purpose of the visit can be charged as a separate treatment/visit. I have never had this happen to me I am a public servant and can't afford the greed of this practice. I am a first time mom and can't bear to be charged for each question I have about my toddlers health. I am switching providers immediately. read more

Since we first became aware of her heart condition at 3 hours old, an amazing team of nurses, doctors and surgeons worked diligently to save her life. One of those specialist, Dr. Mathew Brown, who she calls her Lifesaver! She's now 9 yrs old, as strong as an ox and as gentle as a friendly giant. She knows her story, recants it all the time & will let you know she has a purpose. She loves her heart doctor & cant wait for her next office visit. The sonogram technicians have all been just as amazing as others her & she can tell the difference between the blood & oxygen on the screen of her heart. I recommend this clinic and team of professionals (especially Dr. Brown.. aka Mr. Lifesaver) to any and everyone! read more

Came with my mother for a 10am appointment. She did not get to see the doctor until 10:45am. Although the staff apologized for the delay and explained that it was due to a computer system upgrade, it would have been nice to know this upon check in. Perhaps they should've not scheduled so many patients during this upgrade to account for delays. Other than that, this is a one stop shop for doctors. They have almost all specialties ie. Internal med, family practice, pediatric, endocrinologist. read more

Update on my review from 2 weeks ago. First and foremost I emailed patient experience like they asked and I still haven't received a call or an email back. Next Dr. Umeh lied on the portal notes saying that I declined a nurse triage which is insane because one of the managers even came in to apologize that they could not see my son that day. Why would a parent decline a nurse seeing a child just to take a child to the ER and pay $300! Since Dr.Umeh did not even check my sons vitals as a doctor should the ER called me on Monday with positive strep results for my son. Something that would have taken Dr. Umeh 10 mins to check and prescribe medication. Instead my son suffered the entire weekend because of her neglect! She also wrote in the notes "mo said she would call her husband because she was upset". So what is she actually trying to insinuate? I actually called my husband right in front of her and said my daughter had an ear infection and they would not see my son so I would be taking him to the ER. It's one thing to be a horrible doctor but now a liar! I've never seen anything like this in my life which is why I had to write another review about this un compassionate , neglectful, incompetent, compulsive liar, and amateur of a professional! It took them four days to squeeze me in for a sprained ankle. During appointment, they said I need an X-ray - the next day because the techs are only there from 9-5. The nurse practitioner said she would leave a note that I will arrive the next afternoon. When I arrived the next afternoon, I was informed the tech left early. Now I need to find another place to do an X-ray on my foot to rule out a fracture. read more

I do not write reviews but I was just treated so rudely by this staff that I had to speak up. I was called this morning for the second time to have my appointment cancelled and reschedule. When asked why I keep getting rescheduled I was told they had marked the cancellations as "patient request" which is a total lie. The doctor, both times cancelled and the second time was without 24 hour notice. To top it off I was hung up on, yes hung up on when I asked to speak to manager and why the cancellation was marked falsely. Thank you Dr Youseffa and Mizelle. read more

I have been coming here for five years and it has gone to the dogs!!!! I was checked in by Monica Diaz and she was very rude and abrupt. She was also speaking in Spanish to another Spanish speaking coworker, about what her plans were to get rid of another coworker by spreading rumors and ruining her professional reputation. She was looking at the lady on the end by Dr. Atai's office. I assumed they did not know I understood Spanish I was appalled. I just sat there and listened as to how she was going to carry out her plan to tarnish this lady's reputation and make her quit. The coworker said she agreed. This lady in question is very professional and polite. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience when she checked me in. My visit with Dr. Atai is always informative and I leave knowing that my health concerns were addressed. I just had to post this review because this type of employee working there will ultimately destroy the moral in this establishment. I am considering going to another location to see my doctor, although it is out of my way, I simply cannot stomach going to a place that allows someone to abuse its hard-working employees. It is my understanding that it's the employees that make the company. and now it seems as if this company does not care for its respected employees. I asked the lady on the end if she was happy working there and she said yes, but just watching the interaction with her coworkers said something else. Moving on. If I could give zero stars I would. I've come here twice. Once with my daughter for her newborn check up with Dr. Yousefi. She was very unhelpful and abrupt with her then. That was 4 years ago. I went to see the same dr today 6/8/18 and she ask me what I wanted from her as far as meds to which I replied what worked for me and she refused. WELL THEN DON'T ASK! So she prescribes me meds she suggests. I get to the pharmacy and she prescribed me a med I'M ALLERGIC TO! Who does that?? Why even ask what I'm allergic to if you aren't going to pay attention to it?! So now I have to wait for a new script and drag my kids and I back out to get it. Needless to say I will never be using UT Physicians ever again. Go to Dr. Deidre McMullen. Her and her drs actually care about you and your needs. read more

Beware...customer service is NOT a priority at this location! I was advised that in order to schedule an appt with a certain specialty, an office visit with a PCP is required. I scheduled the appt with a Nurse Practitioner in order to obtain the necessary referral. The lady spent less than 5 minutes in the office with me before making the comment that she didn't understand the reason "they make you all go through all of this for a referral". She agreed to write the referral without addressing any reasons as to why I felt I needed the referral. I was finally able to schedule for the first available appt that was over two months away. One week before my appt that I waited two months for, I was called by the doctors office to be notified that the doctor does not perform the necessary testing, and the appt would be pointless. I requested to speak with a manager, who for over two weeks made excuses and never followed up with me regarding reimbursement for the original appt I went to ONLY for this referral. I work in healthcare, and it is one thing to make a mistake, but another to not make the necessary attempts to correct it. I will never go back to this location, and have warned others as well.
